I think I know where Clementine's going if she's alone.
I think she'll head down to the cabin house and try to raise the baby there. She'll probably try to find Christa there also since it's not too far from where she got separated from the scavengers. Plus, the one where Clementine is all alone looks the warmest, and the Cabin in S1 is the furthest south. Or I could be wrong and Clementine will just live life on the road.

Something I didn't understand with that ending is why doesn't she continue looking for Wellington ?
Can't be sure it really exists and she'd have to stay in the cold for a long time with AJ. Heading to a warmer place seems like the best idea there.
