Listen here Telltale!
Look Telltale us kindle owners have been waiting so long for this game and you guys obviously aren't paying attention to the waiting thread so I'm making this. Episode 4 came out over 4 months ago on all the other platforms and us kindle owners thought we would have to wait a few weeks at most but 4 months!? Seriously you guys make great amazing games so let us all play and enjoy them and support you I'm only asking that you guys respond to this thread we want to play the game and feel ripped off!

On Android isn't release e1 and probably won't be.Fhis is discrimination.
Thanks for making this thread, Doctor Overbuild. I'm so tired of waiting for something I paid for more than 4 months ago. This is flat-out unacceptable. I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but I'm not sure how much good it would do, considering that Telltale already has an 'F' rating. They refuse to respond to any claims made against them, so the BBB has given them an 'F' rating. I did change my Amazon review from a 5-star to a 1-star. I'm hoping that it keeps people from making the same mistake. It's one of the first ones that comes up when people look at reviews for the Kindle version of the game. So, if someone's thinking of buying, they'll most likely see my review and my warning about Telltale's treatment of Kindle users. If anyone else has an Amazon review, I suggest doing the same. If you haven't reviewed the game yet, you can always write a new review and hopefully they'll take notice. Others have complained on the Amazon reviews too. I'm not sure what else we can do at this point. If TTG had any integrity as a company, they'd at the very least communicate and respond to us, at the very most they would give us some sort of refund or consolation (store credit or the like) for treating us so differently from their other customers.
Unfortunately, I don't think Telltale even responds to pleas/rant threads made by users that demand for episodes that aren't out yet. (in your case: for the Kindle) So you can kiss your chances on that goodbye. If you're lucky, one of them may actually click on this thread, though they may just shrug while ignoring your rant altogether and continue on with their business.
No harm in trying. I would call them, but they said that you can't call regarding failure of receipt of your product. They refer you to the Support forum, where I've tried contacting them multiple times over the past 4 months, to no avail.
If you hadn't gotten a legitimate response in the entirety of those four months, I would just give up. Who knows, maybe they'll release the two episodes for you Kindle users once the physical TWAU copies get released for the current and next-gen consoles?
We don't want to give up we want the wolf among us or a refund not for them to take our money and not give us the product we bought.Look telltale just respond to this thread and let us know what your going to do!!
I really don't want to give up because it runs so great on my Kindle Fire HDX. It's so frustrating, but I'll keep waiting. I'm definitely soured against Telltale now, which makes me sad because they have such talented, creative people working for them. It's just the customer service that sucks.
Yeah the game looks great and the gameplay is swift!
