Best scene in film

What do you guys think is the best scene in cinema? (Not best overall movie).
My top choice is the scene in Akira Kurosawa's Kagemusha when Toshiro Mifune accepts his role as a body double for the Daimyo - the camera, the sound, and the dialogue are so in unison that the change in character is believable despite its suddenness. Plus it has one of my favorite lines "Do not move. Imagine you are already crucified." I looked for it but I couldn't find the scene online.

A runner up would be the end of Ingmar Bergman's The Hour of the Wolf. It's just horror as it was meant to be; creepy, suspenseful, unheimlich, and addresses the deeply rooted fears we have of ourselves.
