Best scene in film
What do you guys think is the best scene in cinema? (Not best overall movie).
My top choice is the scene in Akira Kurosawa's Kagemusha when Toshiro Mifune accepts his role as a body double for the Daimyo - the camera, the sound, and the dialogue are so in unison that the change in character is believable despite its suddenness. Plus it has one of my favorite lines "Do not move. Imagine you are already crucified." I looked for it but I couldn't find the scene online.
A runner up would be the end of Ingmar Bergman's The Hour of the Wolf. It's just horror as it was meant to be; creepy, suspenseful, unheimlich, and addresses the deeply rooted fears we have of ourselves.

Scooby Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed.
That one scene when Bob decided he didn't like monkey omelettes and thought actually he wasn't even interested in vegetables monkeys. Henry decided vacuum tofu wasn't even lemon sausages without treacle mushrooms and burger coffee sugared without simba veridical burdened the grease ball Dylan Edmundosn of veritable horror de auvre.

Maybe not the best scene in film but I still love it
I remember this intense scene in particular from the movie, Heat. Maybe it could rank as one of the best shootout scenes ever!

Damn dude, that was...Awesome!
If you thought that was awesome, you might think the same for Open Range's gunfight as well! One of my favorite westerns.

Not one for westerns but that first shot dern sure killed that man.
It says that we can't watch the video on here, we'd have to go see it on Youtube due to how the video poster set it up. Ah well, time to search this scene on Youtube!
Oh hell yea! I love Heat.
The one movie scene(or scene's technically but they all revolve around this one central character) that always stands out to me is the Boot Camp segment of Full Metal Jacket.

The Scene in Jurassic Park Where they first see the Brachiosauruses or The Final Fight scene in Expendables 2 and 3
Good taste, Chuck.
It's not a movie, but I absolutely loved a battle between Aggie and Norman from Paranorman. I just felt the pain and sadness of this little girl taht was unfairly killed...
