Most young female protagonists are designed to be attractive, and judging by how cute Clementine is now she'd likely grow into a beautiful w… moreoman. Judging from how Telltale's designed their characters so far, I think it's safe to say she'd be as sexualized as hooded Molly, monkey-haired Jane, and sophisticated Christa.
Come to think of it, there aren't many conventionally unattractive female characters in the series aside from Brenda, Tavia and Jolene.
If the game just timeskips slowly (8-9 -> 11 -> 13 -> etc), I don´t think I´m going to find it weird seeing her age at all.

Also, TT doesn´t really use their females for sexualisation (thank heavens because we have enough of that) so I´m not worried for a future design.
