Chain Fishing Shiny Pokemon
Jesus how do people chain fish and get a shiny pokemon at like a streak of 11, i'm chain fishing right now at a streak of 97 and still no shiny.

Yo chain fishing makes shinies way less rare then they should be. That's why hatching shinies is where it's at B]
Update: Just broke my streak by coughing and reeling it in too slow... I'm gonna go cry now.

Oh shiny hunting lol. I was really good at it back then. But then x and y came around and butchered the fucking meaning of shinies. They were meant to become rare but now every fool who has the damn game has a shiny. They like lowered the chances to 1/200 or some bullshit.
Literally all my hours spent lurking in grass is wasted because nintendo felt sorry for lazy AR cheaters using cheats to obtain them and little kiddies. my last pokemon i tried to catch shiny was mesprit and stopped around 12k since they were deemed useless after x/y release. Didn't bother geting that game too. But one shiny i'm proud of obtaining is a cresselia. spent 3 months since I killed the first one by accident lol. took me around 30k sr's to get it.
I never tried chain fishing, but it sounds like bull.
Meanwhile i still suck at getting shinies even in X/Y. I try to catch them fairly, i don't see any point if you just trade for them.
idk how that last statement was relevant. If you were referring to me that I trade for shinies, I never traded for any. I'd show them off and see people offer then leave lol.

Never caught one, but I've traded for lots of them, also it's impossible since gen 5 cause they make legendaries regular every time.
