I Loved avatar. I actually haven't gotten around to watching legend of Korra yet ;-; It looks like a great show.

Book two of Korra? That was probably my least favorite, but I still enjoyed it! Varrick was a lot of fun, and the second half of the season was really great. * * * spoilers * * * It was awesome seeing Iroh again! Oh and the two part Avatar Wan special was absolutely perfect.
You should check out Korra at some point! Some people hate the show, but I'm not really sure why. Book 2 was a little sloppy, but aside from that, I absolutely love the show. I love how fast-paced it is and how dark/mature it can get. And the Book 1 villain, Amon, is my favorite Avatar villain!
I thought the plot for book 2 was really well written, but it was executed extremely poorly.
Alright, I'm bumping this cause seriously the new trailer for book 4 was fucking amazing. If you haven't seen it do yourself a favor and see it.

i was just saying since most of legend of korra fans are fans of anime.
IMO, this isn't even interesting anymore. I liked the first Season, though it was nice and different than what we've seen in the past in Last Airbender. Then it got a little less interesting with Book 2, and kept the same level of "meh" with Book 3 (Though the action in Book 3 was quite nice). This trailer gives me nothing to be hyped for. All it does is show a bunch of random fighting scenes with music thrown over, and even the reveal at the end with Toph was just plain cheesy and uninteresting. I mean, this show would be a lot better if there wasn't a lot of bullshit in it.
Example, Korra shouldn't have gotten her bending back at the end of Season 1. They just used some random bullshit excuse so that she could get her bending back. Then again at the end of Season 3, when she was fighting Zaheer and all of a sudden those random kid airbenders just take him out easily. Korra should have easily died right there, but no the show needed to go on. There needs to be more death, it seems like they're holding back way too much on it. All they do is kill off the antagonsits', is it too much to ask to kill one of the main characters like Tenzin, Bolin, Asami, Mako, etc.
Eh, whatever. I just think this show has been decreasing in Quality since Book 2. Well, I think Book 1 is the best thing from both series', Korra and Last Airbender. It feels the darkest and has the most interesting plot and antagonist. Amon was fucking awesome.
I felt they just shouldn't have taken away her bending at all so they would avoid both the stupid "gaining her bending back" and her only being able to bend air, also I have to agree with the decreased quality with book 2, but I felt book 3 brought it all back with the red lotus, I just wished that some of the plotlines would last longer than one book which books are already super short compared to last airbender.

I thought the premier was really good, but I was disappointed by the lack of Korra. xD It still did a great job establishing where all the other characters are at now, how their relationships are, and setting up the villain/conflict of the season.
Super excited for the next one, though! Looks like Korra has recovered physically, but is in hiding and training to become the bender she once was again. She doesn't seem to be having much luck, though.

I liked most of it. But I felt the comedic characters were overused to the point of becoming obnoxious, and it felt like Bolin was flanderized to become simply dull witted comic relief. They're much better used in season three, and Bolin's character was much better used and became more fully developed rather than just a one dimensional character.
It's still too early to tell, but Season four seems to be taking season three's approach to comic relief, which I really appreciate.

Just watched episode 1 of the new season yesterday. Thought it was really good; I like that Kalvira isn't a mustache twirling villain.
Just give her a few more episodes, remember she needs to grow that mustache first.
