Where do you see Telltale 5, or even 10, years from now?

Just something I was thinking about. I think if they keep making unique twists on popular franchises, they should remain fairly popular for the next 5-10 years.

  • Hopefully they will be expanded more so they can have more than 2 games going on at the same time ;D

  • I don´t know how they will be , but i will want them to make a remake of TWD S2 :P

  • I see them moving forward and eventually being one of the top game companies.

  • I think they'll be popular, but not among the masses due to generic gamer's like "What? Its a point and click game? Hur hur hur" I mean not a everyday gamer is going to play a TT game. Maybe a few, but I think TT will be expanding in the future and will be successful. (Hopefully)

  • LOL

  • Not to be a debbie downer, but how long do video game producers usually last? Especially smaller ones? The people tend to keep moving forward and around, but, except for the bigs, to my understand the companies have a pretty high turnover rate.

My guess is they get bought out by a bigger company and the owner makes a cool 5 billion.

  • Well, I guess we should enjoy them while we have them.

  • Pretty much.

  • Back To The Future 2: The Game, Jurassic World: The Game, The Walking Dead: The Game Season 4, The Wolf Among Us DLC, Tales From The Borderlands 2, Game of Thrones Season 2.

Quick Question, so next year (2015) which two games are we getting? I know we are getting TWD Season 3, but what other game?

Nothings been confirmed yet. Hopefully another season of Wolf or we will be getting an entirely new game.

  • Predictable fact of the day

    LOL

  • That's what I was thinking. There due for a big cash out.

  • 2015? Hover boards, Jaws 35, and flying Delorean confirmed for Season 2.

I'm guessing Back To the Future Season 2

  • All I know is that I wish for more Sam and Max.

  • Good question.
I don't know where they'll be in 5-10 years, but I do know where I'd like to be in that time.
Just gotta work hard at it, so I can get there.

  • One of, if not the, largest gaming company(ies) in the world.

  • Are you joking?

One of, if not the, largest gaming company(ies) in the world.

  • I only see them going up and up. Telltale Train has no stops.

  • Hur = How, in swedish

What? Its a point and click game? How how how"

  • What? I'm not trying to say anything in Swedish, I was making a joke.

I never knew Hur = How in another language.

I (sort of) see them making future seasons/games with choices that have major impact throughout their storylines.

Tales from the Borderlands and Game of Thrones seem like likely candidates so far!

  • I just hope they learn to add rebinding keys to their games. I've been rebinding since 25 years and somehow telltale doesn't know how to incorporate that into their games....

  • This isn't a thread for that friend.
