Wolf among us buyed twice

Hello,

I tried to buy Wolf Among Us signed DVD copy. Instead of adding the DVD copy, the shop has added a digital copy to my account for the second time. It charged the cost of the digital game instead of the shipping cost and never asked for the shipping address.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if you purchased the digital Telltale Games version from our website during the season, or did you purchase it from a third party retailer?

    It was a code to redeem the game in your site, I think buyed from the Humble Bundle store.

    If you redeemed a TTG Key, you should be able to click on the Games tab at the top of the page, and then click on The Wolf Among Us. Once on the game's page, click Buy Now, and from the different options, click Order Now next to the Collectors Edition DVD image, and the DVD should be added to your Cart where you will be able to Check Out and order it.
