Harrison Pink and Chuck Jordan left TTG. :-(

After Mike Stemmle and Dave Grossman, now it's Harrison Pink who leaves the studio. Chuck Jordan left it too (but I think he has always been a freelance).

What's happening at TTG?

  • Just people moving on...It's natural, nothing bad.

  • maybe they dont want to in TT cuz it isnt a 3x A company???

  • Damn, this was the first I'm hearing of this, I loved their work on The Walking Dead games, they will be missed but I wish them the best of luck.

Harrison was a designer for both seasons and the 400 Days DLC, helped write the story for Long Raod Ahead with Vanaman, and also helped with the interactive story in No Going Back with Breckon and Shorette. Chuck Jordan also helped with the story of several episodes of the game's first season.

  • Didn't Chuck Jordan leave after Devil's Playhouse? I know he freelances some work for Telltale currently, but I don't think he has been Telltale staff for a while.

Yeah, Chuck's been gone for a while as regular staff. Harrison just left though, which is definitely a shame.

I wish them (plus Mike Stemmle, Dave Grossman, Jake Rodkin, Sean Vanaman, and everyone else who's left in the past couple of years) the best of luck in the future.

And hopefully we'll get to see the game idea that Chuck said he had wanted to make someday. Plus I can't wait to see Jake and Sean's Firewatch, and Dave Grossman's puzzle design on Venture Moon's Duke Grabowski (plus whatever Dave comes up with for Project Cygnus, and whatever Dave's working on that Bill Tiller hinted that he did art for). There's some interesting things in the pipeline from former Telltale staff. :)

It does seem a shame to see familiar names leaving but i still hope they succeed in whatever they move onto.

I saw on twitter that Harrison is now working as a Game Designer for 2K Games, i know that Telltale and 2K have a good relationship due to their Borderlands collaboration so we will see his work in future games made by 2K.

*Breckon, and to me, that's a good thing, but I remember why you don't like him.

  • People move on, that's how the world works. These guys left for jobs that they feel are better or more suited for them. I'm sure they loved working for Telltale, but they have to move on eventually. I wish they stayed too, but Telltale will hire new people that can do the job these guys did just as well.

  • Chuck has been working on TFTB, if I'm correct.

  • i know but still... Vanaman and pink the ones that made S1. and most of that crew is all almost gone. i still love s2 but still.. well as long as he does something like Vanaman, make a great game, firewatch looks to be great.

  • As Long as the Borderlands, GOT, and TWAU writers stay. Pierre Shorette is one of my favorite telltalegames writers. He did amazing work in TWAU and TFTB

  • Mark Darin is still around and he worked on Season 2, not everyone is gone. People like Eric Parsons are still around as well, and so are Dennis Lenart, Pierre Shorette, and several others. In my opinion, as long as Nick Breckon stays on for Season 3, I'll be happpy, he comes the clossest to capturing the Vanaman feel of TWD.

  • Why do you think he doesn't like The Walking Dead? He wrote 2 episodes this season and was an additional writer for both Season 1 and Season 2.
