Tell the school, or your parents if you get shit from people. Bullying isn't a joke and it's not something that should be passed off as kids being kids. It's the kind of thing that leads to depression and suicide and honestly if the bullying gets to you, tell a school counsellor if you have one or you parents or even just a teacher. Hopefully they deal with it better than they do over here.
My advice? Hop on the situation before the other girl has a chance to do anything. It shouldn't really matter in either case, but at least you get to tell your crush you have a crush on them
