Yes as I have said before many times now Clementine should come back and be the main playable character again that is a must otherwise there is no point calling it season 3 a season 3 without her might as well of been a spin off or a reboot its not a season 3 without her so clem is a must and she must be the main protaginist or the main playable character again it would be a stupid move to either move her to the side or take her out completely plus no clem than i am done with it and now what i think for clem herself what she would be doing i dont really know everyones clem is different in mine i had her with jane at carvers with that family before that i had my clem drink and smoke i had her use some bad words but i did not get a chance for her to use the f word but i hope for my clem that i see my clem is older and she uses more bad words and i see my clem become a drinker and a smoker or if not both than just smoking cigarettes i figure she would be doing that in season 3 sense i had my clem do that in season 2 i figure that would escalate in season 3 and she would be both a heavy drinker and a smoker if not both than i figure a heavy smoker and other than that see where it goes from there
I wasn't advocating another time-skip. Just pointing out that Telltale's screwed themselves over by deciding that none of Clem's multiple endings will actually conclude her story. Even they admit that they don't know at this point what Season 3 will be about. :P
Back before Episode 5 came out, I was hopeful for Christa to reunite with Clementine at Wellington, and for Season 3 to be about Christa taking care of an adolescent Clem and a toddler. Christa's fate is still ambiguous, which is why I'm tentatively excited about the idea of making her the third season's protagonist while relegating a slightly older Clem to deuteragonist. After all, Christa's personality post-time-skip is very vague (making her a candidate for protagonist) and viewing Clem from the perspective of an estranged caretaker would mirror the kind of alienation players might feel towards Clem after the time-skip.
So you prefer another long time skip? So that they can reset her character yet again, to bring it back to a linear story which is connected … moreby figurative meager strings like halfhearted dialogue choices or dialogue allusions to things that happened 2+ (depending on your preferred number for couple of years away) years in the past?
I, personally, don't care about #MyClementine. I have no quarrels with them abandoning the idea so that they can get back to what was important the first go around: the fucking character. Clementine's to be specific. I think them abandoning it through a time skip of multiple years is a bad idea, though.
Let her be in season 3, but only as a non-playable character. HOWEVER, her attitude changes depending on her choices in season 2. If you were a scumbag, maybe turning away the family (with jane) then you'll be mean towards whoever you play as now.
At least Nate isn't crazy. He is rational in his violence. He killed the old people because he viewed them as a threat/ easy score of food supplies, he attacked Wyatt/Eddie because of him shooting his friend.
Kenny is out of his mind, he puts a gun to Arvo's head in the shootout, he beats the hell out of him, even after people tell him to calm down. Then you have Jane. Kenny pegged her right, she doesn't care about anyone but herself.
MY IDEA:

Yes, I think she should remain the main character.I know a lot of people don't want to play as her anymore because they were disappointed with the way season 2 turned out but it doesn't mean it's Clem's fault. Just because the writers have made some mistakes doesn't mean she doesn't have any potential left. Actually I'm convinced that she still has a lot to offer and given her position and what she's been through up until now there are so many things for the writers left to explore with her character.
It's rare to follow such a serious story through the eyes of a child who had to grow up in that horrible world and who had to do and see things that they should never have. I think Clementine is a very interesting character and with good writing season 3 could be awesome with her as the main protagonist. You don't spend two seasons building a character like that to simply abandon them and start all over. A series needs to have a sense of continuity to it and I feel that Clem could be the character that ties all the seasons together.

Easy decision for me. Clementine has to be the main playable character. Nothing else will suffice.
Why, well because as you have rightly s… moretated, she has been there since day one. We have been with her through everything. Lee, Kenny, Duck, Katja and then we had Lilly, Carly, Larry and Ben. We went to hell and back with Clementine. Throughout all the cannibal business, she was a constant figure.
In the latter half of Season One we were introduced to Chuck, Omid and Christa. Then of course tragedy struck with the death of Duck, which obviously scarred Clementine, and we went through that with her.
She was our conscience in Season One. Without her, I bet most of our decisions would have been much different. I could go through each and every one which Clementine influenced. From killing the brothers to dropping Ben.
Then of course we had the end of episode four where Lee was bitten, that led to the dire consequences which Clementine still… [view original content]
my perfect croup of people:
Jane, Molly, Nate - oh this would be fun and other new characters that are like: Glenn, Maggie, Beth, Daryl or something like this ;-)
okay I say it: i said it to soon. After playing Season 1 (again) and Season 2 (finally) - I want Clementine as the playable character and nobody else. I want to see her grow up and form her character even more in the next few years. (As a teenager)
I want to see how the different ends work out - if we are going to see some characters again - or how the new characters will come...
I think the story should continue with Clementine. Season one ended perfectly to introduce Clem as the PC and while season 2 could've been done better, I love playing as a kid. The viewpoint of a child is seldom utilized in video games with such mature content. I think with Clementine's age the developers can really create the game so that players really feel like they're molding Clementine into a survivor of their choosing-whether she be cold as ice or tries to save everyone she can...This game is about the choices. This is Clementine's story and to end her story now would be a waste
Clem to the very end! I would like for them to stick with Clem as THE man, so to speak. I'd like to see the story ark go all the way till Clem is a young lady (a zombie killing bad @ss ninja warrior young lady).
The transition from Lee to Clem was handled perfectly. Honestly, a change to another character now would kill the game, IMO.
I think Clementine will be season 3 protagonist. But I think she die at the end of season 3, and we play as AJ in season 4. I know its sad, but playing her next 10 seasons will be boring, her death make story more Heartbreaking and remembered.

If the only options available were Kenny, Jane or Nate i'm picking Nate.
im not a huge fan of nate and i would too..
Im pretty undecided, anyone else feel the same way?

Thats a really awesome idea, if Clementine is in Season 3 it would be kind of bad if they didnt do that.
I hate Nate :-P
I think Nate is a bit crazy honestly

Nate is a little crazy, its the drinking, sometimes when i drink Crown Royal i go insane, and done things i regret.
A lot more players seem to be voting yes (this is just the prediction poll)
Yes has about 55% of the vote and no has about 31%.
(cmon no voters, you can win i believe in you)

Ive never dranken before but i doubt id kill two elders, look im not saying hes a bad guy i like him.
Yeah i agree with what youre saying, lots of good points.
Clementine as the playable character for me. I have no interest in playing anyone else.
Well i guess it wouldnt really be a season 3.... huh intresting.
LOL
Thanks Captain!
That might change my opinion. I honestly just want my choice to feel like it mattered.
Are we the same person? xD This answer basically read my mind.
Drinking makes everything better.
If I would have the choice:
Jane, Molly, Nate - oh this would be fun and other new characters that are like: Glenn, Maggie, Beth, Daryl or something like this ;-)
