But to answer your question, I'd have to go with Carver. Both The Stranger and Nate are creepy, Andy's a cannibal, and Arvo tried to kill her. Carver admires Clementine's lack of fear when talking to him and looks at her as a successor, so I'd say him.
Bigby.

I don't want The Stranger to have anything to do with Clem ever again. Ever.
I love Nate to bits, but the reasons I like him for are the same exact reasons I would not want him taking care of Clementine. He's too unpredictable and would probably try and throw Clem into dangerous situations like he did with Russell.
St. Johns are cannibals. No Clementine for them. No thank you. Especially not the younger brother he was a creepy bastard.
I guess I just have to go with Carver now, because he is literally the only one left. But for what it's worth, out of this list, before the finale I totally would have went with Arvo. But I can't get behind Arvo and Clem having a friendship after he shot her, I just can't.
Maybe I should elaborate, but I haven't the time. So I won't. Not yet, anyway.
I'd pick Arvo. (inserting own rules) If he's her caretaker that means he doesn't want to hurt her anymore. Which means she can easily kill him, and go off on her own. Done and done.
I mean think about it, he likes Clem because she is strong. Dont think he would hurt her if she was by her side. The other guys are just freaks or useless.
Walks into a cabin potentially inhabited by 7 dangerous escapees
Murders a hostage out of an emotional outburst
Throws a guy off a roo… moref in front of little children
Tries to convince a little girl using grade-school bully logic
Brags about murdering people to his subordinates
Flips out and beats a guy to near-death for insulting him
Decides to take on a group of escapees alone while everyone else is on the roof
Yes, a bit sane.
People are too harsh on Nate. Look how determined he was to kill Wyatt and Eddie hen Eddie shot one of his friends. If he got emotionally attached to them and someone tried to hurt them he'd kill them where they stand. I wouldn't call that useless

"Strong" according to a loony's definition. Carver is actually pretty weak mentally and intellectually - that's why his most loyal follower is a tool like Troy, and why he ended up getting his ass kicked by a little girl.
I dunno about Nate. He'd probably be as trustworthy as Kenny 2.0.

It depends on whether or not we can converse with the caretaker before hand. If not, then the Stranger. If we can talk, then Arvo, so we can actually explain what happened to his sister.
I'm tried of people talking ill towards Nate. I don't see any blogs about how insane Kenny is, and he murders, not kills, but murders three people in the most horrific, blind rage manners, killing Larry with the Salt lick just because he thought he might turn, Killing Carver brutally with a crowbar, when he there's a gun available. Lastly, killing Jane because he thought that she killed A.J., instead of talking it out. You know, like a civil person would do.
Kenny would just kill you if he thinks, not knows, but thinks if you are messing with him. Nate, on the other hand, kills the elderly couple because they shot at him first and for their supplies, something that most survivors would do.
Nate is sane-isn to me. I would like Tell-Tale to use him as a mirror for Clementine, if he is her caretaker, of how low will Clementine or to survive? Will she loot and steal like Nate?Perhaps, she can act as a moral compass for Nate, keeping him grounded.

Nate is on this list. Kenny isn't. I dislike Kenny 2.0 more than you do, but there's a zillion other threads for you to derail the discussion.
Nate's a psycho who lets his companions get grabbed by zombies so they can assess how "hot" they are. You'd really need to reassess your morality if he seems any more stable than the Dark-Lord-Kenneth you describe.

Kenny is also the same guy that was stubborn enough to not help 9 year old-kidnapped Clementine, who could've been killed, Just because he had small disagreements with Lee. How asinine is that?

Ha, interesting choices. We don't really know enough about Arvo to really judge how he'd be as a caretaker. We'd have to see how he was with his group.
Out of the rest I'd actually say Carver. I don't think he'd hurt her, since he viewed her as being like him. And maybe she'd eventually be able to overthrow Carver for the good of the rest of their people.
Nate is a psychopathic creeper that would be a total danger to her. As is the Stranger in a different way.
As for the Saint Johns, no, sorry. I don't want my Clem to become a cannibal. Plus they'd probably eat her if they ever were running low on food.

I can't vote for chet
vote is rigged
( o . o ) dat choices tho
Kills two old people
Totally not a bad guy.
Out of all of them, I have to say Nate. he's not necessarily a "bad guy" just kinda insane
Lee.
Fuck your rules!
I don´t think Clementine needs any caretaker at all but for the sake of voting I´m going to say Carver just because he´s my favourite off the list.
They shot at him first, you forget. :P
What a rebel
LeeMasterRace
FuckYoRules
FightThePower
They disarmed them and then murdered both of the elders. Including the old women who did nothing.
Carver i guess? He is a bit sane to some extent
@GoldenPaladin your movement is starting
VIVA-LA-LEE-REVOLUTION
W/e bruh you know what I mean, he's the least insane out of the choices.
I'd rather be with Carver.
Bigby.

That's probably better than the rest, Bokor. Nate had plenty of chances to kill Russ and take his shit but he didn't and saved his life twice.

My Reaction to these choices
Poogers, I knew it would only be a matter of time before you were on my thread

There are threads that talk about Kenny murdering people.

There need to be more of them.

How is this relevant to Nate?

Holy cow. You are a dangerously bad judge of character.
Nate is the creepiest character in the series and should not be allowed within 100 miles of Clementine.
For AJ - Maybelle. Baby needs milk. She would raise him. A little "cow-boy" Alvin.
The Stranger since he's dead and Clem would just be AJ's caretaker.
Carver easily
I wouldn't pick any of them! But if I HAD to choose...
Well, to be controversial I'd say the stranger since he was a father before so he has experience:s
But he was creepy so, none of them!
Nate probably wouldn't just let you die because of a argument. My Russ pointed a gun to his head, but Nate still called him his boy.
