Superheros/Comics/Superhero Game

You know what I would love to see is telltale to make a game with superheros such as spider-man or wolverine or even batman and still have like game changing choices in them . Like for instance with spider-man you have to choose a person who to save while the other dies sorta like the walking dead . You know i think it'd be really cool for them to do something like that with a superhero character . What do you guys think do you agree or disagree ?

Or fucking Black/Pink/Red Lanterns, any superhero that has no movies yet.

  • I always think they should use their contract with DC and do a Gotham game or Batman game both works well with their format.

  • Yeah me too i was wondering why they haven't made a Batman game as well

I'd like a Marvel Dr. Doom game or DC Batman game made by Telltale. A Green Arrow game could also be pretty good.

I never liked Superheros and I'm super sick of them. There's something like 50 superhero movies greenlighted for release by 2020; I find that absolutely disguesting if were talking about market dominance.... There are plenty of high budget films which could shake things up, if we didn't focuses everything on superheroes. The real reason is there are a tons of market forces which interfere; even if a movie doens't do as well, the promotion and merchandising can subsequently translate into a profit. Crudly put (in 90's langage) if tickets won't sell, the action figures will. Though that has been going on since the 1970s.

I don't hate all superhero movies - Nolan's Batman films and The Watchemen were totally awesome for me.

My last suggestion: Cronenberg doesn't seem to be doing anything, throw a couple million dollars his way and you'll get a really good film out out it.

  • I could be down for that. We might actually get a descent Superman game out of it. I think Batman is pretty covered with the Arkham series.

  • Yeah he's never really had a good game
