Expected turnaround time?

I have a ticket open (#36033) that should be a relatively simple account question. It has been three days with no response.

How long should I expect to wait before this is addressed?

    My apologies, our Support Staff has received an overwhelming amount of support emails due to the recent releases of Game of Thrones and Tales From The Borderlands, and are working hard to answer every ticket. If you have not heard back yet, you should be hearing back soon.
