Hello on windows 8.1, the walking dead 2.exe will not load giving me d3dx9_41 dll issue. Please help!! If not, is a refund possible?

Please install and run the DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer to make sure Direct X is auto updated to the latest version, and you should then be able to start the game.
