I have to say that the biggest disappointing part of ME3, is the ending.
At the grand climax youre given 3 options, but if you don't have t… morehe dlc, you don't get to really see the repercussions of your big decision.
After the Normandy crashes on that green planet, all you get is the scene where that little boy is talking to his grandpa.
And you're left wondering what happened to the Normandy, and to the galaxy.
That really puzzles me?
Why didn't Bioware spruce-up the ending, and show all the far reaching consequences of your final action in the game, as well as the fate of the Normandy's crew to begin with?
That doesn't make any sense?
LOL not silence, "The Darkness Cannot Be Breached!" LOL
but yeah i loved everything about ME1-3 Probably the Mako was the only thing i hated and i hated the whole thing between Miranda and Jack.. that annoyed the hell out of me.
I really liked loyalty missions in the second games, as well as the mad dash to the collector base. Garrus' and Mordin's loyalty missions w… moreere real standouts and featured great acting.
Female Shepard. Her voice actor did a much better job, in my opinion.
I love it when the series dips into the horror genre. You don't really think of Mass Effect as a scary series, but a few of the DLC have some pants-shitting moments. The best examples I can think of are the 'screaming' VI / 'dead' geth ship in Project Overlord. Leviathan had it's moments too. "TURN BACK. THE SILENCE CANNOT BE BREACHED.'
It's a very 'pretty' series from start to finish. Especially in 3, the large, set-piece battles are gorgeous.
The series is really about politics and diplomacy, which is rare outside of a Bioware game.
As far as improvements go, I'd like to see the battles become a bit more tactical. It would be really impressive to add a suppressive fi… [view original content]

I liked punching that annoying reporter in the face, but other than that... Mass Effect 3 Garbage ending ruined this series for me. I will stick to Dragon Age.
Ugh, the whole Miranda vs. Jack thing was such bullshit. I played 2 first, so you can probably imagine how outraged I was when I couldn't resolve their argument peacefully, even though my Paragon bar was nearly full.

I feel like I'm one of the few people who didn't hate the ending of ME3. Since I survived in mine... lol. I mean, I get where people would be pissed about only having three endings, but I still enjoyed mine.
I just wish they expanded more on the romances. Like, it felt like a guaranteed thing in the series, while in Dragon Age it's more of a working thing that isn't guaranteed in the end. Saying that, my favorite romances are Kaidan in ME 1, Thane and Garrus from then on, since in ME2 and 3 Kaidan was too much of a wuss to me for being the way he was on Horizen. Garrus was always there for Shep, and he's just awesome.
The characters were all amazing though, they were the biggest aspect of the series if you ask me, and the story itself of Mass Effect is amazing. It's such a shame that the aliens in Mass Effect won't be the real aliens out there... Or maybe they will be. Who knows? XD
Overall, Mass Effect is simply one of the best game series out there. I can never get enough of it. XD
If you lose a character's loyalty in ME2 then you can't romance them. So, if you sided with Jack over Miranda in their fight scene then I think Miranda dumps you. Miranda is really just tits and ass in ME2, in ME3 it's kinda the same. Saying that, I still really like Miranda.

My character progressed enough in th paragon area, that I was able to have Sheppard convince both of them to save their anger for the collectors.
So my Sheppard difused an argument, and still managed to get lucky!
Top that, Lol!

I just finished ME2 and couldn't afford any of the expensive ship upgrades. So over half of my crew died but I won't replay just to save them because that would basically be cheating.

I sided with Jack because I always felt she was in the right. Miranda's attitude towards her was completely uncalled for, plus I also value Jack a lot more than her. Lost Miranda on my very first playthrough because, for some reason, I thought she would have a better chance of surviving if I took her with me to fight the human Reaper. Didn't really care though, 'cuz for me, Miranda was practically expendable. XD
I don't think it's cheating at all. On my first playthrough I lost Miranda, and even though I didn't really care because I don't like her, I reloaded and had her hold the line so that she would live. It's really satisfying to see your entire crew survive, not to mention you also get an achievement for it.

Yeah, she wasn't loyal and I thought she'd die if I had her hold the line, so I took her to the final fight with the Reaper because I thought that would increase her chances somehow. Forgot about the deaths that could occur afterward, lol.
It pretty much the only way to kill her I think, unless everyone died holding the line which is hard to achieve. That said if she aint loyal she'll die in 3 anyway.

I played a Fem Shep and I did the same thing. I renegaded their asses, because they both just piss me off so much with their Cerberus cheerleader bitch crap. I ended up keeping their loyalty too. XD

I guess i missed talking to her once or something,
The ending was really bad, then exploration was equally bad. I didn't like running away from giant metal squids from space.
LOL not silence, "The Darkness Cannot Be Breached!" LOL

what i hated was no matter what you said to kaiden or Ash in ME2 (depending on who survived) on horizon, they still treat you like crap lol
EMBRACE ETERNITY! LOL
yeah you can actually tell by ME3 especially if you dump her for someone else lol
eh i liked the ending but it definitely could have been better. I just hope they have plans for a trilogy HD version on PS4/X1
Ey Indoctrination Theory tho.

Garrus. Just Garrus.
LOL yeah i kick her tail everytime although she tries to one up you in ME3 by trying to dodge LOL

Goddamn vertically aligned thrusters. Agree about Miranda vs. Jack though. I always side with Jack because Miranda survives regardless of loyalty.

What a bro!

Opposite for me with renegade where he just yelled that they could wait to kill each other or hed space them XD

Really just Miranda? Shes pretty much the hardest one to lose

Easiest romance...I like Ash though.
The hot alien sex.
Seriously though, I really liked developing relationships with the characters, that was neat.
