The Walking Dead Season 1+2 don't work

Walking Dead season 1 used to work, I even beat the game. But now after buying The Walking Dead season 2 none of them work. I am on steam, my OS is windows 8.1 and I have no gamepad plugged in. I also used the TWD Support Tool, so if anyone wants to take a look they can. https://www.sendspace.com/file/9k3kwo

@elyssia_101 You may need to disable Gatekeeper. To do this, click the Apple logo on the top toolbar and select System Preferences. Now select Security. If the padlock in the bottom left corner of this screen is not open, click on it. You will now see 3 options for downloaded applications, they are: Mac Store, Mac Store and identified developers, and Anywhere. Please select Anywhere and then confirm your selection. Once this is done, please attempt to download the game from our website. You should no longer see the damaged file messaging.

Please also try the following potential solutions:

    1) Verify your cache if you purchased through Steam (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335)

    2) Run the game as admin

    3) Run the game in compatibility mode (right click on game’s icon, click properties, click compatibility tab , and we recommend running the game in Windows 98/ME ) (We recommend Windows 98/ME)

    4) Reinstall the game

    5) Make sure that the Steam application is not set to a compatibility mode (right click on steam and click properties, then check compatibility, and make sure that it is not checked to play in a different OS)

    6) Disable Steam Overlay, if you purchased through Steam (http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3168263)

    7) Opt out of the Steam Beta, if you purchased through Steam (http://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/1/828934424165581080/)

My apologies. Please download and install the Latest Drivers for your more powerful graphics card, and it should then activate, and be able to be used to start the games, and you should then be able to play successfully.

My apologies, unfortunately I am out of potential solutions to resolve your issue. I recommend contacting your computer's manufacturer, and see if they have more suggestions on how to make sure your more powerful graphics card is being used when starting the game.
