No answer from Telltale
Dear Telltale, I have issues with the purchasing of TWAU via Paypal. No game purchased shows under Mygames and therefore when I start the game it asks me to buy it online, although I already have. I wrote to you my Paypal order ID, my Paypal email address ( which is different from the one i use to log in to the Telltale page) in a private message to @TelltaleMike as he asked me.
The problem is that the last answer I received is of 10 days ago asking me to provide the email I already wrote down before in PM, and then I didn't receive any answer anymore. I am sure, dear Telltale, that you are doing all your efforts to answer millions of messages every day, and I appreciate that. but if every time I have to wait more than one week to have an answer, only asking me the very same things I provided before, then I'm a bit upset.
If you don't have an answer to my issue, please just tell me, at least I know you were reading what I wrote to you.
I think I'm going to ask Paypal my money back, and I'm really sorry, because I was very eager to play TWAU

I wanted only to end this discussion pointing out that nobody from Telltale ever answered me again on this community, in private or on Paypal. And finally today I received my money back.
But it wasn't about the money, I just want to say that that's not the way for dealing with the people who purchased your games, you have been rude just ignoring me and PEOPLE SHOULDN'T TRUST TELLTALE, if this is the treatment they sould expect when having some issues with your products and kindly asking for some help.
Good day
Oh stop, it was in the wrong section meaning they didn't see it.
Well, this post of december was the last of many others I wrote here on the community, where initially they answered to me (please see the answers on the topic "telltale robs you" for more infos). I sent this in december only to express my disappointment.
just to be clear, I sent also an email to the support (they initially answered to me also there and then silence), and also I started a private discussion as asked from Telltalemike, in order to give him the informations about my Paypal purchase. And then I received no answer when I contested the payment on Paypal (they could have answered me, just to let me know there was no solution to my issue, or to try reaching an agreement, but no).
So I think they read about it, before or after, I apologize if this post isn't in the correct section of the community forum)
I meant that putting this in the correct section (Support) would have gotten you better results.
Yes, I agree with you, I made a mistake.
That's fine, now it seems like your problem has been fixed but if you have a different problem then posting it in Support will help you better next time.
I will for sure! (well not exactly fixed, I just had my money back from Paypal). My point before was just that, before this message up here, I already tried through many other "channels" (emails, private messages ...) but still didn't get any answer anyway...and I wrote this message more to let people know what happened...
That's alright, in the earlier one you seemed very upset. I'm glad you aren't giving up on Telltale yet because of a little mistake.
Now, I haven't had a problem like this before but I don't think Telltale really responds through emails and all that about problems like this. I'm not sure though.
It's also fine you wrote this to inform people, I just found it a little rude to Telltale to say this: "you have been rude just ignoring me and PEOPLE SHOULDN'T TRUST TELLTALE". However I bet you were just very upset at the issue right then and had a little bit of anger built up.
Well, actually you can ask for support either on the community forum, in private message, or via email through the support email address (I tried them all). And I find Telltale slightly more rude than me, just ignoring all my (polite) requests to (please) have help for the issue or at least an answer, instead of complete silence.
And yes, I don't trust who treats their customers like this, expecially because I was just very eager to play the game and I tried everything to make it work, they let me down a lot. But I think this is only my point of view.
Well Telltale and being quiet is a relationship like Gordon Freeman and silence. I can understand your anger but sometimes it's better to not try and insult the company. Every company treats customers like this, it's not new and it's not rare.
You're right, maybe I had too high expentancies... indeed G. Freeman is not that chatty :-)
Well, I still hope to see you around.
