Dreamfall Chapters
Anyone heard of this episodic series? Its made by Red Thread Games, which was founded by a guy who worked for FunCom, who made The Longest Journey. They mostly make adventure games. Chapters is the sequel to Dreamfall: The Longest Journey.
I bought the season pass and played the first episode. It was really good. Not for everyone, but, you should give it a try. You can get it on Steam and I believe they are going to make it available on PSN soon. The second episode will hopefully be out this month.
Here's a few pics (the middle one is of Zoe, one of the main characters):

Dreamfall Chapters is indeed a good game. The animations aren't great, and are really wooden (except for the animation of the baby, that one is adorable), and sometimes the locations can be bland, and the pop in targeting system makes me dizzy, but everything else makes up for it.
It has a really interesting story, the city is fun to walk around, the characters are all memorable (even the bots, I played both paths and I'm not sure which I like more). Plus it combines current Telltale style choice with old school Telltale puzzles really well (if Telltale ever picks up a license again that warrants puzzles, they really should take a note from Red Thread here). I'm definitely excited for the second chapter, Rebels.

They're planning on releasing the game for next-gen systems too? I can't wait if that'll be the case.
Well, PS4, yes. I'm not sure about Xbox One.
I have no idea what this is but they are.
I've heard of this, the only reason I haven't picked it up is because I want to play the previous 2 games first, it seems interesting but I've forgotten get them on GoG.com, I'll probably get them the next time they are on sale but for the moment I'll pass.
BTW it sucks that newer Telltale games don't get released on GoG.com because that's the best on-line game store.
What about Steam? You can get both The Longest Journey and Dreamfall in one package for a pretty good price:

By the way, I haven't heard of GoG before. I just looked it up. Looks like a good site.
Because Steam sucks for old games, for example I have Max Payne 1 & 2 there but they don't work because my OS is Windows 8 and I need Vista or XP for that, I mean they do work if I mod them but I shouldn't have to do that, when you buy old games from GOG.com they normally work because they get optimized for modern OS, a lot of games even get modern resolutions which is a nice bonus and if it doesn't work the custommer support will help you fix it (Unlike Steam's custommer support which is absolutely terrible and pretty close to non-existent), and if they can't help you fix it they give you your money back which is nice, I'm not tech savvy and I normally break the games I try to mod so it's just a better option for me.
But seriously fuck steam for selling games that won't work, they suck.
That's cool, I believe they'll make a version for the Xbox as well - if they want mucho dinero, that is.
Well yeah, there are a few that don't work. I have bought a few myself, like Bully, which didn't work on my computer for some reason.. So you are right, that sucks. But in saying that, you can still pick up good, cheap games on Steam.
Well according to this article, its a timed PS4 exclusive, so, they may well do an Xbox version:

I know that, I have 266 games on steam :P
It still is my least favourite On-line store but they are cheap, to be honest Humblebundle is the main reason why I have so many Steam games.
Ah ok, fair enough. Hey, whats your Steam name? I'll add ya. Mine is Lord Kiwi.
I didn't see this...
Anyway mine is (?) Grendel won't remember that
It has a picture of Grendel when he's high...
Cool, thanks. I like the profile pic
Anyway, I added you. You should receive a request from "Lord Kiwi".
