  • He's definitely playing his best football now. If it wasn't for Rodgers, I think Romo would take the MVP.

Definitely good to finally be back in the postseason. That domination was certainly unexpected. Also, these are Romo's numbers for this December: 10 TD passes, 0 interceptions, 79% completion percentage, 143.5 rating, won all 3 starts. Holy wow.

  • Does it concern you that Dem Boyz are only .500 at home? I'm guessing you'd hope for rematch against Dem Cards for a higher percentage of advancing than GB or Det.

    WE DEM BOYZ

  • Their home record has been kind of weird, but I'm not really concerned. Playing at home is still easier than playing on the road, even though their road record is better for some reason.

    'Nuff said.

Actually, I don't really care about sports, but I had to pick one to watch, it'd be football, and that always means the Pats.

  • At this point it doesn't really matter. It's all about momentum now, and winning 4 straight while putting up 38+ points is a good sign.

  • Dem 'Boys have the lead now.....Det has not done much in the second half. Can they hold down Megatron for the next 2.5 gameplay minutes?

  • Great win..... As much shit as Cincy will get for not winning a playoff game since '90, Det has not won one since '91. I want to say Detroit has either 1 or 2 fewer appearances over the same period of time. I hope the weather does not make next week's game a blowout.

  • Anyone have any thoughts on next week's games? I think two will be great (Balt vs. NE & Car vs. Sea). Carolina has played Seattle very tough the last two years and I would not be shocked if the Panther D does hold Seattle to FGs. I don't know what to think about Denver home vs. Indy. Denver beat 'em up for most of their matchup in Week 1 until Luck started mounting a comeback. Denver D can be great and if Luck starts with the TOs, it will be a blowout. I just don't trust Manning's arm downfield but it won't matter if the underneath passes go for 6yds+ a pop. I know Dallas's D has been great at times but Idk in cold weather like Lambeau and how at times GB crushed teams at home Dallas able to win.

  • Dallas was really off their beat for much of the game, but it was encouraging to see them fight through it and get the win.

  • Man the playoffs suck this year for me. I literally hate all the teams that are still in lol. Except maybe the Colts? But they will be eliminated next week sadly.

  • Cincinatti best players were taken out by Cheating Stealers, because they cheat. The refs were on the side of the stealers, that game was rigged from the start. They had no chance against the colts, with the Dalton Effect.

No chance. I wanted to punch someone when i found out Green wasn't playing.

  • @Eddie_Maiden

Did you watch the New England game? That was easily the best game I have seen all year.

  • That was definitely a good game. I can't foresee them winning the Bowl though (if they get to it). The last two times I watched them in the Bowl they lost. =/

  • I personally think they'll at least get there. I'm assuming they're going to play Seattle though, so it'll be tough. I'm probably going to root for them moving forward, seeing as Dallas just got knocked off by the Packers. Bad day to be living in Wisconsin lol.

  • F*** yeah the cowgirls are out. I hate the packers, but thank God they eliminated the Cowboys. Sucks the Patriots won though, I hate them too. Only team left that I really like is the colts, but they will be eliminated in a few hours lol.

    @TelltaleTakesForever

I'm not going to lie, that was kind of a hard game to watch. Dallas was clearly better in my opinion... the ball just never bounced their way today (literally and figuratively). Dez Bryant caught that football. What a horrendous call to end their season on :/

  • I really don't get the Dallas hatred these days. I see no reason for it lol.

  • I hope they get there and win, I just don't see it happening. Every Super Bowl I watch, the team I want to win loses. It happens so often that I just stopped watching the Bowl, because it's always a disappointment lol.

  • That Balt-NE game was the best game I saw this weekend. Too bad Flacco could not finish 'em off. These Sunday games are looking good though.

  • I was rooting for Dallas to win. Offense just could not finish in the 4th quarter. I'm starting to feel like Indy might drop the ball like dem 'boyz did.

  • Man, I sure hope Bortles ends up at least .600 of the quarterback Luck is already.

  • Hating on the boys is the cool thing to do.

I do personally think the Patriots should be able to handle the Colts next week. I guess we'll just have to wait and see though.

Really just do not want Seattle to be repeat champions.

  • I like their stadium and uniforms, but naturally I would prefer for the Pats to get there and beat them. The Pats should be able to win, but you never know.

The more and more I look at it, the more and more I realize the officiating crew screwed up. I see no rational way to defend this terrible call. Dez got both feet down with the ball and then reached for the endzone in a clear football move. It's not like he caught the ball and just dropped it when falling down. He clearly made a football move with it and tried to score. This fact made it a catch. The fact that it's even debatable should dictate that the call be upheld, considering it was originally ruled as a legitimate catch in the first place.

^That catch didn't get overturned though. Seems... fair. Good officiating. What a crazy way for Dallas to go out... I have never been more disappointed over a football game.

Yeah it was a terrible call. It seems like games aren't decided on the field anymore.

Their defense got pretty gassed as well. If not for that controversial call I would say Dallas's offense came through, but oh well I guess.

  • Exactly. Not calling that a football move is ridiculous. Players loose the ball all the time extending it near the goal line. What makes it more absurd is all this happened after he caught it with both hands and switched the ball to his left in order to extend it. That's clear control.

  • As long as the Seachickens and Pats don't win the Superbowl, I'll be somewhat happy.

I love how the naysayers are actually saying there was no football move made. The guy was very clearly stretching for the endzone in an effort to score. The fact that the officiating crew is still standing by their decision is pretty sad. And as I said before, even if the move was in question, the call still should have been upheld considering it was originally upheld on the field and there was no indisputable evidence that nullified the catch. There is really no argument to be had, and anyone saying otherwise is kidding themselves. Their argument would stand ground if Dez hadn't clearly made a football move and had instead just crashed to the ground and lost the ball... but that isn't what happened at all. He landed on his feet with control of the ball, switched it to his other hand, lunged for the endzone with his elbow making contact during the process. Clear control, and clear football move made.... what is there to debate?

I'm going to be bitter about this for a long time lol.

Fantastic catch, Dez. Too bad it's instead being covered up by a fantastic flop by the officiating crew. (Seriously, what the hell do they even think he was trying to do there if not reaching for the endzone??)

  • Yeah! I really like Arsen... Wait what? American football? K Bye

  • I did not like the call either but I guess they are saying as soon as he got two feet down he was falling down, meaning he had tocomplete the catch. By letter of the law, its probably right but in this scenario I believe it was interpreted wrong.

Agreed. I think it would be one thing if he had fallen straight to the ground after catching the ball, but he didn't, so it seems bizarre for them to go that route. I think he would have totally kept his balance if not for tripping over the defender.
