Cant Download walking dead episodes

I purchased the buddle pack off of TellTaleGames.com (thought it was going through steam, but thats another story) and well I found episodes 1-5 still needed to be downloaded. I clicked download and it will come up with "downloading - 0%" but hang there for several minutes, only to pop up with an error stating "lost connection with the server. Please verify your internet is working and then try again". My internet is working fine, but I cant get any episode to download.

Please help! I'd love to get to the other episodes soon!

This is for PC Windows 7 x64

  • I'm not exactly sure but if you have good connection with your internet then check your memory on your Windows, There might not be enough memory to download, That could be it.

  • I have a 10mb/s speed and 600 gigs of space. But I did happen to find a big in it. I have to download it right when I start the game. If I play an episode and then come back to the main menu, it wont download. Really weird. Also I found If I set it up to download, but minimize the screen, It wont open back up. Just show a giant white program box that remains on top of all other programs open on the desktop. You have to ctrl alt del to close it.

  • Hi I have the same damn problem, I have purchased the full bundle for episodes 2-5 +400 dats bundle
    On my I phone and it simply refuses to show anything I have tried restarting, restoring and even re-updating but nothing
    Nothing....

    Please try connecting to a different WiFi network connection, and see if you receive a better connection with our servers, that allows your episodes to update as available to download. Please also try closing any and all apps open and running in the background other than the game itself, then turning your device off, and back on again to clear the devices cache. Then start the game app again while connected to a WiFi network, and the episodes should update to show as available to download.

    Bought the season pass yesterday and downloaded WD s1 ep2. Now it shoes that the other games are coming soon??

    My apologies, can you please clarify if you have tried force closing the game application, then restarting your device, connecting to a WiFi network, then starting the app again? The game app should then connect with our servers, and update to show your purchased episodes as available to download.

  • I cant download on my ipad air 2 with ios 8.1.2 even though Ive paid for the package. Beside the episodes it shows "get" but when i click on it its remains at at zero percent and i have to force close the app. On one occassion it downloaded to 68 percent and then it stopped. I have also tried restarting my ipad. There is nothing wrong with my connection as i can play all other games and download apps.

    Please make sure that you have closed the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7/8, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.

    Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are able to download the episode successfully. If you are still unable to, please also try connecting to a different WiFi network, and see if you are then able to get a better connection with our servers, and download the episode fully.

    My apologies, can you please clarify if the other WiFi network connection allowed the download percentage to proceed past 68 percent, or did the download stop at the same time?

  • I purchased the walking dead episodes 2-5 with 400 day bundle but lost my iPad and now since I have new iPad when I download the game and try to restore my purchases nothing comes up. My email I purchased the bundle with was sexyladynay37@gmail.com. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

    If you are still unable to restore your purchases by following the steps in the workaround thread, please try proceeding through the purchase path to purchase Multi-Pack again, then when you are prompted, enter your password. As long as you are logging into the same Apple account that you originally purchased the game application with, you should be able to tap 'Buy' when it says “Confirm your in-app purchase”, and you will receive a pop up saying “You’ve already purchased this. Would you like to get it again for free?” and tap OK.

    Again, apologies for any inconvenience you have experienced.

  • Ok I did as you said but when i downloaded the app it said that the app,was purchased under and different I'd and couldn't lod my previous purchase, however on my iTunes purchases it shows that I purchased the game under the username sexyladynay37@gmail.com.
