Do you binge watch shows?

I tend to binge watch shows and I sometimes find myself lose some of the themes of the show. Does it happen to you? Or can you pace yourself?

  • I usually try to pace myself. When it came to shows like Game of Thrones and Dangan Ronpa I attempt one episode a day, it works out fairly well. When I found out about Korra I watched the entirety of book 1 in a day :p

  • I binge watch alot. Currently binge watching American Horror Story and Hell on wheels :P

  • who doesnt

  • Yeah. I finally got round to watching Breaking Bad last week. Non stop, all day every day. Hardcore binge watcher here. Still feel sad at the ending :(

I hadn't watched Game of Thrones before Telltale announced it so i binge watched season 1-3 and then started watching season 4 as it aired on TV. Before that i did the same with The Walking Dead after playing season 1, i watched all of season 1-2 on DVD and started watching season 3 on TV as i hand't seen the show before playing the game.

  • I binged watched all of Dragon Ball Z afew months ago.

  • Planning on binge watching Game of thrones and Breaking bad in the summer, find out what all the fuss is about! :P

  • Nope, but it is a horrible means of procrastination.

    That and Telltale Forums.

  • I majored in Procrastination, with a minor in psychology of the law

  • I didn't binge watch it, I felt I paced myself well when I watched Breaking Bad for the first time on Netflix. I got about 1-2 episodes a day, 3 if it was a weekend.

  • I binged watched Game of Thrones and for certain things I am lost. I usually watched 2-4 episodes a day. Its great that I don't have to wait but some of the themes I miss out of because I dissect everything that's going on.

  • I never saw Breaking Bad.

I want to remember Malcolm's dad as a funny guy, not as some crazy drug dealer.

  • In the beginning it starts out as him making meth because he wanted to help his family and he was relatively sane. Breaking Bad just shows, marvelously I might add, his eventual decline into madness. Vince Gilligan, the creator of the show, said that he wanted the character of Walter White to go from a protagonist to an antagonist and for the viewers to question why we were rooting for him. It really is a great show and I do recommend, but it's fine if you don't, just know you're missing out.

  • It's not procrastination.

  • It depends if I have the time or not but yeah, I can really binge watch a show. I got through all 4 seasons of Game of Thrones in like two weeks and like 5 seasons of How I Met Your Mother in 10 days or something XD

  • I'm sure its good, just not something that i personally would be interested.

  • Alright then, I won't bother you about it anymore. If it's not something you think you would be interested in, I can't force you to watch it.
