Some people I like watching are SwingPoynt, Yogscast Hannah, Cryaotic, InfernoKun, Dekon, RadBrad, and Uberhaxornova. There are others, but these are my main ones.

He's the best let's player.
theRadBrad is good, he's really funny but can suck ass at some video games (but his commentary and personality make up for that XD). He's played TWDG S1 and S2 and TWAU as well if you wanna check out those on his channel to get a feel for him
My friend recently introduced me to Cryaotic. He can be a genuinely funny guy, and he doesn't shout unless there's an intense scene going on.
Pretty calming voice too, if you're into that.
Markiplier is cool.

Depends on what kind of game you want to watch.
MattShea, Cryaotic and Achievement Hunters are my favorite by far. Especially the first one.
I'd really recommend Matt, since he's an entertaining Let's Player with good content and doesn't resort to offensive means to be funny. Cry and AH are both good, but they generally get boring after a while, so I do warn you about that. If you ever get bored, I'd highly recommend looking up "TJ plays Let's Play Fallout New Vegas", which is The Amazing Atheist. Short series: offensive, but quotable and funny. Has high rewatch value.

i like watching StealthShampoo. for multiplayer. he is a beast at TLOU multiolayer
I like his playthroughs, he can overreact sometimes (like when Clem got shot), but he's still entertaining to watch play. And let's face it, one of the reason why we do watch play throughs are to see how people react to something.
The main ones I watch are Two Best Friends Play, Vinesauce, and Achievement Hunter.
I dunno about them being 'the best', but they're pretty entertaining imo. c:

I can also vouch for Achievement Hunter (lets plays). Those dudes are stupid funny. Vash12349 is also very entertaining.

YogsCast Hannah, LifeSimmer, Cryaotic, Pewdiepie, The Rad Brad, Zack Scott Games, Mike Fire & Ice, Markiplier, AlfieGamez, Dan&PhilGames, ThatcherJoe, honestly there are so many great gamers on Youtube, well not completely 'great' but are fun to watch when gaming lol
Two best friends play are great, killing dick monsters in silent hill 2 and rustlemania are some of their highlights for me.
I don't watch let's plays often, but when I do recently I've been watching Markiplier, Minx or ManlyBadassHero. Honestly I keep changing, just looking at who is doing and interesting looking game.
