The only Anime i ever watched was Shin Chan and BIG O. So them.
Choosing five is soooooo hard I know I will change my mind and I forgot stuff but oh well.
Any suggestions about what I should watch next?
In no particular order, Attack on Titan/Shingeki no Kyojin, Kill la Kill, Paranoia Agent, Angel Beats, Hetalia. and...honestly I don't watch that much anime. .-.

I think anime in general is overrated. "It's got blood!!!" Okay? The stories are often chip-choppy or hardly present at all. The stories are usually unintelligent scraps that can be tossed together in a pinch. Name a useful item, name a time period, now throw in some magic and you've got an anime! The stories and the characters are fucking weird (though this may be due to the Japanese culture clashing with my Americanized thoughts). Women are sexualized to a ridiculous standard.
I like Avatar the Last Airbender. I like Attack on Titan, sometimes. And uhh... Pokémon. (I know AOT is the only true Anime :P )
Watch more anime. Not all of them are like that. Also, The Last Airbender isn't anime.
That's what I've been told going into all the an ime shows I have watched up to now Lol. And I know ATLA isn't anime.

what anime did you watch ???? that you think the story is weird i think the stories are great in anime's like take an exaample of claanad after story good story and very very emotional one but yeah only stories are good other than thats its ok
Let me see what I can remember:
Attack on Titan, Future Diaries, High School DXD, Sword Art Online, and a few others.
thats all are action animes so yeah they all have a blood and weird stories.... you know just watch claanad after story i am sure you will cry.... :P

and yup btw s1 of clannad iis a lil boring but you have to watch it for s2 clannad after story but enjoy

It's amazing, especially the last episode of season one, it's a very psychological story on how the protagonist needs to accept who he's become, very insightful. Great animation and very colorful, extraordinary voice acting and amazing soundtrack
