  • It's incredibly common for people to complain about management/ their boss for a variety of reasons. I've certainly been guilty of doing it. I personally don't think this typically has to do with being jealous of them as individuals.

And there is usually little/none of that until the person needs to put their foot down because of their position.

Certainly not all "assholes" are alpha males. That being said, I would say the phrase "alpha male" is typically used as a negative connotation, and is typically used to describe people who are a combination of various qualities such as being overly assertive, vain, antagonistic, controlling, domineering, ect.

  • If you want to lose weight, just eat Grilled Chicken, you can get this Tyson CHicken Grilled fillets for like five dollars. They're 110 calories 49 grams of protein. Eat that shit, you don't even have to exercise, the weight will drop. U wanna stay away from empty calories like pop, or bread, or anything like that.

  • I usually do, but I don't have a kitchen... Hopefully I'll be moving in a month or two - I'm a lot healthier and happier when I'm cooking for myself. At least the past two years that's been the big problem. That and booze, but since I've been on meds it's been a lot better (IE, I would drink myself calm whenever I would start getting super anxious or super depressed, but that's gotten a lot better.
