  • You came back to the Telltale forums just to post that??? :)

Oh well, here are my memories. I was around when this first came out. My best friend got it first, though. He played it and loved it but was disappointed that the whole thing could be solved in just a few hours. He invited me over and we played through it again together. There were so many funny things you had to do to solve this!

Many have begged for a sequel, but of course, the original voice actor has passed on, and the storyline isn't exactly Disney-friendly. At least it stands well on its own.

  • The drink? I love this shit.

  • Yeah, I know, along with several others who left when Telltale went to this version of the forums.

I forgot to mention the most important part of Full Throttle! Up until that point, adventure games always had the main character play a white-knight part, only doing things that are right and justifiable in society. Full Throttle is different, in that Ben doesn't care too much about the law, and doesn't mind hurting or stealing from people who aren't important to him. (Of course, the hurting/stealing is always done in a funny way.) That was wild, playing the not-so-nice guy, after always having to do the "right" thing in other adventures!

The first Grand Theft Auto didn't come out 'til a couple of years later, and is what most people associate with playing as the lawbreaker.
