Not working on multiple games at once with such a small team.
I would first make sure that Wolf Among US S2 is in production, then I would let them continue with what they are doing and making such great games
Cancel all projects for the time being and go full force making a Korra game alongside TWAU S2.

While I think they're doing the commercially right thing with their current game structure, I'd keep a small team continuing production on the more traditional adventure games, the ones you have to solve puzzles in, like Sam & Max.
Oh, and release official soundtracks to everything!
Get Sean Vanaman to come back and have him and Nick Breckon write all the episode of Season 3 of TWD. Oh, and of course a second season of TWAU.

I'd cancel any future "Fables" projects, just to piss TWAU fans off.
I would make their episodes longer than 90 minutes.
Get rid of the episodic games strategy, complete the entire game before releasing.
I'd actually make sure the games worked before release and not ignore the customers.....
I'd make another point and click
Cancel all new projects such as Minecraft and wait to release them. I would then actually give the people what they want, a wolf among us season 2 would be in the works and so would TWDG season 3. Hiring a bigger team would be a good start as well. Making sure games weren't glitchy and half finished before release would be a big priority and filling in massive plot holes would be another.

-Make everyone work on Borderlands and finish it
-Continue development of Game of Thrones

-Fire Pierre Shorette or at least demote him to janitor
-Make a policy that denies hiring people through nepotism

-Pay whatever millions of dollars required to hire back Sean Vanaman and Jake Rodkin
-Make TWD Season 3
-Make TWAU Season 2
-Make GoT Season 2
-Whatever else

Single handedly? He wrote/co-wrote two episodes, both of which I like (the only episode that really sucked in Season 2 was Amid the Ruins, that was a piece of shit). And besides, he did write Faith from TWAU and Zero Sum from TFTBL, both of which are praised by fans and critics alike.
Just ignore them they're always hating.

That's probably a result of bad reading comprehension. I will send you through paypal $1000 if you find any post where I say "I didn't like this season so it's garbage" or anything similar that says "I didn't like it" "I disliked it" etc. There's no deadline.
Now talking about posts for the last year. How come I remember seeing you in threads that criticized the episodes and you agreed with them? especially that thread I made about how trash episode 3 was that well over 80% of the forums at that time agreed with and got 220+ thumbs up vs like 20 thumbs downs? Uhh no. Lmao did you forget how I defended Telltales decision with Minecraft against 90% of the forum who wanted Telltales head for it? Of course you did. I still defend season 2 to this day despite the obvious majority on this forum that hates it. When The Lost Lords got a review before it was out and people shit on it I defended that as well. I don't see where you're getting this vibe that I bandwagon things that are popular at the time. But good try.

That is me grabbing some of the most idiotic "reasons that make season 2 good" that i've read people say over the months and condensing them into one sarcastic post to make fun of the absolutely idiotic statement that is "Season 2 is just on par with Season 1". I didn't ignore it I provided examples where I haven't been on the popular side of the forum. Before was different, I agreed with most of the stuff before because I wasn't as active on the forum and didn't look much into the episodes. Now as you can see I'm as active as ever and form my own thoughts on episodes before I go here and just agree with what other people say.
Either way I'm done here, you clearly seemed to have ignored everything I said. You can't form a legitimate argument at all, I backed up my points with actual facts while you back up yours with "It's hip to be a telltale apologist these days".
