Villains you wanted to be good
Mine are:
Voldemort- I know what its like being an orphan and powerless besides we're all afraid of death at some point.
Negan
Galactus - Literally has to destroy to survive. Maybe he could provide good for the world.
Magneto- The ultimate force this guy could make the world such a peaceful place.
Scott Shelby- Felt bad for him, he's capable of doing good and hated how he turned out to be the killer
Ramsay Snow- This guy was unwanted and neglected his whole life. There may have been good in him before what we've seen in him

There's a difference between an antagonist and a villain I think; oftentimes characters are against the protagnoists but are nonetheless appealing in their own right, even on a moral level. It's conflict of interest rather than 'good' versus 'evil'.
I can't say why, because spoilers, but Kazuo Gudo in Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex 2nd Gig.

I consider myself a villain! Crazy George gets drunk @ every social events, and does something crazy. Recently at a super bowl party, i may have got a little tipsy, then i may have spun the barrel of mys snub nose 357, while
quoting Revolver Ocelot. "Six shots more than enough to kill anything that moves."
Then they call the cops and i'm writing that apology letter again.
Fuck it. No one can take a joke. My jokes especially.
You should of used this quote:

The Governor
Loki
Handsome jack
None, "bad" villains are the best. "Good" is boring.
The Governor was kinda good in the show really watered down
So they wouldn't be villains
I initially hoped that Seymour from Final Fantasy X wouldn't be a villain, mainly because I felt he was suspicious right off the bat and wanted to be proven wrong.
Bane from the Dark Night Rises.
Why?
This doesn't really make sense, then they wouldn't be villains, defeating the whole purpose.
Um its about whether you would rather them be good or whether it would be beneficial to the world they live in or not
Um like I said that wouldn't make sense because they wouldn't be villains do you not understand?
Its about villains you saw good in that you wished were heroes. They wouldn't be villains who you think could be reformed
I misunderstood the topic. I thought it meant "villains you wanted to be good" as in villains that you didn't want to suck.
You thought Bane sucked? And its about Villains you wush ti be on the good side
I thought Bane was horrible. Anyway, as for a villain I want on the good side, I would have to say Giovanni from Pokemon
Bane had a good start but towards the end he was made look so weak.
He sucked the whole movie, in my opinion, at least.
I thought he was okay, I didn't "like" him but I thought he was good in terms of "Villains" until the ending where he looked like a pussy i my opinion.
LOL I forgot about that one,
Gary what is your favorite POKEMON.
Admittedly, I sometimes get a kick out of villains teaming up with heroes even if it doesn't make any sense like when Batman had to work with the Joker in Brave and the Bold. That doesn't mean I want them to be "good" all the time.

No love for Lucario or Mewtwo?
