Xbox one how do you explain this?

I am not Telltale staff but there is a sticky thread in the support forum saying that they are aware of the issue.

Hopefully they fix it for Xbox users soon as i could imagine it is really frustrating, i guess any patches will need to be checked by Microsoft's certification process first so that could make it take a bit longer.

I'm glad they know about the issue but it's been over a week since the post in the support forum & no new news. I'm a TellTale fan but this is VERY frustrating for me.
Got the same bug, very annoying i replayed episode 1 around 10 times because of it, still not fixed...

They have submitted a patch to Microsoft that should be avaliable soon as it needs to be certified first.

I am having issues with the decisions of episode 2 saving now as well. Episode 2 ends, it goes through the preview of episode 3, and then seems to lock up. When I restart the Xbox, no decisions are there and my only option is to "continue episode" 2 again from the last chapter. Very very frustrating
