2 Entirely Different Games, Which will you play first?
Which of these games would you like(or recommend) to play first?
Saints Row: Gat out of Hell or Ryse: Son of Rome and why?

Well, I've watched LPs on both of these games. I haven't played them personally. I am also a huge fan of Saints Row.
I would recommend to anyone to get Gat out of Hell. Ryse is pretty much quick time event the game but Saints Row has a large open world with the powers you would get in Saints Row 4. Although the game is short, it is extremely fun and funny.
Story is a different thing. Ryse has a okay to good story, I thought it was okay. Saints Row is pretty funny, there's a lot of great moments playing as Johnny Gat.
To any Saints Row fan, get Gat out of Hell. To just any gamer, get Gat out of Hell. Even if you haven't played the story before, might be complicated at first...Maybe all the way through as it has a lot of call backs to all games.
Ryse isn't even fun.
Saints Row all the way.
Ryse is kind of a complete bore that I wouldn't recommend to anyone at all so while I haven't played any Saints Row games I'm pretty sure Gat out of Hell is better than Ryse, because Ryse sucks.
Saints Row. Real fun.

I'm a Saints Row fan and I say Gat out of hell is boring, uninteresting piece of horse manure.
Keep in mind that I've played SR 2, 3 and 4 and loved them.
Not for everyone.
Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell, even though I heard some bad stuff about it.
Big saints row fan, and i love this game just don't really like that you can't play your own character...
Ryse is ...meh, its fun for a playthrough and a quick swing through the "multiplayer" in the colleseum but gets old quick. The executions are brutal and epic but your character just falls over when you die. I think its worth a rental... can you even rent games anymore? If you cant just buy it and return it.
Cant comment on saints row never played any of them
