[solved] Can't unlock Game of Thrones on Mac
Yesterday i bought Game of Thrones on Mac. i installed it. The game ask for email and Password. I enter the same combination which is working on the telltalegame website. But activating the game is always failing? What can i do?
update: i had to logout and login again.

I can't login my account in the start of the game "Game of Thrones", so I can't play. I double checked my passwords and login e-mail
I have the same problem, it doesn't work! Logout from where? I had logout from my telltalegame website account, but still doesn't work
I apologize for the inconvenience. If you are experiencing difficulties logging into your Telltale Account, please try restarting the game. Then after you have finished entering in your email address and password, instead of clicking 'Sign In', try pressing the Enter/Return Key on your keyboard, and see if you are then able to log in successfully, and play the game.

This fix did not work for me.....any suggestions? Still saying login failed.
My apologies, have you tried logging in using both your Email address, and your Username? If not, please try logging in, and try using both of them. If you still experience the issue, please make sure that you have disabled any anti-virus or internet firewall programs open and running that may be blocking the game from accessing our servers successfully.
It's still not working
If you purchased the game through Steam, and are receiving a pop up to log into your Telltale Games account, please close out of the game, and restart your Steam Client.(You should not receive a Telltale Games Log In window pop up message) Then after Steam has finished opening, click Play on the game again, and before you click on the 'Click To Continue' screen, try waiting a few minutes before clicking to continue. You should then not experience the issue again.
