I would have to say Alex DeLarge from A Clockwork Orange is the most vile character I've seen in fiction. He is a remorseless, violent, and … morepsychopathic teenage rapist that wants NOTHING but total chaos. And when he's singing that song "Singing in the Rain..." Good lord...
