Game pass problems

I have purchase a game on my iOS and stating I have to repurchase episode 2-6 I have tried restoring purchase, turned on/off my iPod and it's not not working.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify what game you are playing? Also, if it is one of our more recent games, you can open the app and go to the Episodes menu, and tap the 'Restore Purchases' button, and your previous in-app purchases should restore. If you still experience issues, could you please clarify which iOS device you are currently using, and what iOS version it is currently updated to?

    The walking dead season 1 on my iPad the version is 8.2 . I've already tried restoring nothing works
