Do you exercise?
And if so, what type of exercise do you enjoy doing?
I like Hiking, and swimming.
One of the reasons I love hiking, is because I like being out in nature.
And swimming has gotten me into the best shape I've ever been in.
Plus, there's very few things more refreshing than being in a pool, on a hot day.
Plus, on an added note, it's been proven that regular exercise can help lower the risk of Cancer, Heart disease, Stroke, and Diabetes.
How about you?

The closest I've ever been to exercise was when I used to play Wii Sports Resort.
I usually jog for 45 minutes, but I do the dumbells too.
My mom suggested for me to start lighting weights, but I refused since I want to keep my feminine physique.
I used to go to the gym like 3-4 times a week, but lately, it's been tough to get there twice a week. I don't feel like I have that same energy or motivation, but I've been trying to get there more in the past couple of weeks, trying to eat healthier, cut some food out of my diet, etc. So yes, I do exercise, not as much as I want to, but I'm looking to change that.
Sure do, And you can play "Starved for Help" for proof (Look at the username :P)
Used to as least 5 times a week, lately I've been on a tight schedule. I haven't had a real workout in 3 or 4 weeks! I feel awful on a daily basis, and I've been sick twice in the last week and a half (correlation does not equate to causation, but an interesting note).
I run 4 times a week and go to the gym a couple of times.
I'm a part time carpenter though, and that gives me a reasonable amount of excersise in itself.
Its annoying because me and my husband do nearly the exact same amount of excersise but hes way more muscular than I am, but hey, guess that's just how it goes.
Yes.
You mean that thing were you move and stuff? Does moving the fingers count?
Now being serious, i go running for 30 minutes like 3 times a week
No.
Why does it seem like the majority doesn't exercise? sigh
Well, I am a runner, and run all year round. Cross Country, Indoor Track, and Outdoor Track are my main sports. I am a distance runner, so I do lots of weight lifting as well. I've been doing my best to bulk up a bit lately.
No. We americans sit down, watch TV and eat twinkies and chocolate covered bacon and fake maple syrup on large ass pancakes-OF COURSE I EXERCISE! I'm diabetic its basically a requirement!
A lot of runners here. I personally have never been able to get myself to do it long term on my own, as I honestly hate running by myself. It's honestly been many months since I did any running of note. That said, I do workout pretty regularly. I have a decent setup at my house, so I don't really even need to take time to go to the gym (though I do go from time to time), which is pretty convenient.
I lift weights around 4 times a week and do other sports such as basketball and volleyball occasionally in gym class. I'm also a fencer, going just once a week right now but will probably amp that up soon.
phew i did exercise. i did almost regularly. but some health shit got in my way and i didnt work out for almost 2 1/2 years. and i havent have regular good workout in almost 3 maybe 3 1/2 years.... i think maybe four. the first maybe 2-3 years i didnt work out for fear of that certain pain to come back and i was too afraid. but now that im a bit better im too out of shape and i am a lazy ass person and with school i dont find a lot of time.
i mean have worked out a few times just enough so i wont get too nasty and sick(eating healthy has helped, but now im eating like shit) but i try to sneak in some work outs, push ups, squats here and there. but i want to start running again. i feel like shit most of the time and well ever since i was a kid i have been chubby and i never liked it and my family has a history of diabetes so its not just only that im self conscious about by fatness, but i really just fell in love with working out and trying to be healthy that i just hate it at times that its gonna take a long time to get to where i was reaching, well wanted to.
Depends. Is Masturbation considered exercise?
I suppose.
These threads are getting ludacrious now.
I walk my dog, that's about it. I used to box before medical issues fucked it up.
Lol I play just dance 3 hours straight does that count?
The just sweat function in that game is my exercising method.
Sorry.... I just couldn't resist...
If it is i'm a bodybuilder ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
XD
I've been trying to get more exercise for a while now. I do quite a lot of walking at, to and from school, but I've been trying to get into the habit of jogging every day, either by going out or using the treadmill we have at our house.
I'm also trying to eat healthier as well. I'm eating less snacks than I used to and I'm trying to eat more low-fat stuff when I do. It's going okay. I havn't been gaining that much weight lately.
I live in a small village in nature so I do a lot of chores on weekends when I don't go to school. And I usually walk to school since it's 30 minutes away.
Also:
I can't be still for more than ten minutes, at most. So yes, I do exercise. Mostly running or mediocre attempts at parkour.
I lift weights every day, i see girls lift. I wouldn't think about it like that, just work your arms so they stay in shape.
A lot of people who do strength training but want to keep lean do lower weights with more repetitions (12-15 if I remember).
Right you don't want Jelly Arms.
I used to run and do muay thai. Now I keep making excuses for myself and ended up like this:
You still haven't joined a Gym? DOO EEET.
I exercise a lot not because I have to but I really enjoy exercising since I was a kid playing sports competing
I'm in college to be a fitness instructor so most days for half of the day I'm either working out in the gym, swimming or playing football with the class then I get home and go to boxing or football training sometimes both depending on the day
My usually week
Monday: Gym 2 hours and boxing training 2 hours
Tuesday: Gym 2 hours and sprints for an hour when I get home
Wednesday: Swimming 1 hours 30 mins, boxing 1 hour and football 2 hours
Thursday: Gym 2 hours and working out at home an hour and a half
Friday: football an hour and a half , Boxing hour, football 2 hours
Saturday: day off
Sunday: 1 and a half hour football match(90 mins)
I don't drink or smoke so I'm able to do it and I love every minute of it
I don't run as much as you, so i can get away with a little here and there.
I drink booze, smoke dope and bang all night long I have a pretty good body
Where do you find the time to sit on your ass and eat burgers?
That's my dream, I'm too lazy to drag myself all the way to a gym
Not really. My day usually consists of going to school then playing on the computer until I pass out when I get back.
I don't eat red meat.
I've tried jogging, it ended up pretty much as a failure, I was forcing myself to go out for 30-something-minutes walk. I hate running and I won't ever go back to this execise, unless the zombie apocalypse becomes a thing.
I used to workout every day for an hour, and I'm currently planning to start this again. I've started drink more water couple of days ago, and now I have to go to the toilet every half hour ever since.
