What are your thoughts on Kaceytron?
So I dont go on Twitch a lot but back in 2013 I went on a found this rising twitch star (if you call them that?) anyways her name was called Kaceytron, putting is nicely Kaceytron is a professional league of legends player.
Overtime Kaceytron has become the one of the most (if not the most) controversial popular Twitch player since its launch. To summarize Kaceytron, pretty much she is a twitch player who considers herself a feminist and a professional female gamer. She's plays league of legends and a few other games, to sum it up she's bad at every game she plays. She has attracted more haters than fans since she began streaming, she is rude, disrespectful, and probably the most hypocritical person you'll see. For instance she disagrees with females being portrayed as sexual objects yet pushes her breasts as far out as possible and CLEARLY AIMS her webcam towards her breasts. She says Jesus was probably a fake wizard but claims Atheists are 'cancer to humanity' and Jesus is the best. So its not hard to figure out that Kacey is a big troll.
..but when you think about it what she's doing is actually really smart. I mean people literally pay 2$ or more to say she's a "Fat whore" on her streams for her to read out loud and then she replies with the same response and gets the 2 dollars. Not to mention her fans who are part of the 'Church of Kaceytron' and worship there god (Kaceytron). She literally has a career in trolling and getting hated on.. and she makes some really good money off of it. Her streams attract about 3,000 - 6,000 viewers each stream (which is like 4 or 5 days a week) She's actually created a fanbase of teenage boys looking at her body for hours on end.
So heres the real controversy.. after I saw her in 2013 and I watched one stream I forgot about her, and then this year my friends where talking about this girl who might get banned on twitch, and I instantly knew who it was. So according to her (could be false) Twitch warning her that she is showing way too much cleavage and might ban her.. she speaks up about it in a sexist video. She pretty much says Twitch is being sexist for not letting her show her body. Another big controversy is if she should be banned off of twitch or not? She's gotten some warning before and it really hasn't stopped her that much, theres also been a push from the community to ban her. There are TONS of pages dedicated to banning her from Twitch and ive seen petitions also with a fair amount of signings.

My opinion is she shouldnt be banned, yeah she's really annoying and hateful but freedom of speech? ;-; But I think there should be some restrictions on how much cleavage she should wear (and all gamers, yes including men).

I don't really care if that's what she wears in her everyday life, but I'm a girl who games and I normally take my makeup off, put on sweats, and put my hair up when I game. I can't imagine a girl would be comfortable wearing a push up bra when she's just lounging at home. It seems sort of attention seeking, but it works. Just wish I could see more "girl gamers" representing themselves as fans who truly love what they're doing instead of a sex object.
