What is your biggest fear? Your hope?
On the topic of things to consider, with the question of death...thought I'd ask this question.
My biggest fear is that I won't be able to fulfill myself personally, if that makes sense. I've never really cared about anything enough to commit to it all the way. My hope is that I can find something to commit to. Something I enjoy and care about enough that I won't even consider it a hassle, like I usually do.

Biggest fear: The day Metallica stops making music (not joking, it's a day I'm not looking forward to)
Biggest hope: That I discover my reason for being put on this earth. In the words of Mark Twain:
Biggest fear: Dying alone.
Biggest hope: That I might avoid the above.
Biggest fear: having no hopes.
Biggest hope: having no fears.
Interesting.
My biggest fear would be to drown slowly in open sea. I have extreme thalassophobia (fear of the ocean), and I've always reacted violently to not having enough air. My biggest hope would be to get along better with people in general, particularly my family.
Speaking of fears, everything about that carpenter story from Alice in Wonderland.
I feel the same about Maiden, man, I love their music, and going to their shows is such a great experience.
That must suck, being afraid of the ocean. I spend a lot of time on the ocean. Are you afraid of lakes?
Greatest Fear: Wolves. Large dogs for that matter. I watched An American Werewolf in London and An American Werewolf in Paris when I was like 4. Unlike when I saw Jaws and Jurassic Park, this made me fear them.
Greatest Hope: Be the goddamn hero and conquer the world.
Legit.
Biggest fear: Being lost and far from home.
Biggest hope: Not dying of a panic attack while being lost and far from home.
My biggest fear, like Tombstroke, is dying in the middle of a vast open sea. No one would see me die. No one will find me. Just a sack of meat for fish to feed on.
My biggest hope is to one day find success and happiness, and to conquer all the things that have held me back in life. Pretty generic answer, but the truth.
I've wanted to see a Maiden concert for a while now, I've seen a few performances on YT and the energy the band has on stage, especially Dickinson, is amazing, they just never play in the U.S. I'd love to, at some point, see them, Megadeth, Sabbath, Slayer, Aerosmith, and a few others in concert before they ultimately stop playing.
Biggest Fear: Dying. Dying as just another lonely life in the history of the world.
Biggest Hope: Truly changing something in the world and being remembered in History.
I last saw them in 2012, but they also played some shows in the south in 2014. They'll have a new album out soon, and they'll be here again. When I last saw them, Bruce told the crowd that the next time they came back it'd be with a new album, and that time is near.
Must suck to be afraid of big dogs. Big dogs are my favorite. German Shepherds to be specific.
Biggest Fear: Dying. The part of dying isn't what scares me, it's the possibility that there could be absolutely nothing after death is what terrifies me.
Biggest Hope: Find a good wife and have kids. I know that sounds cheesy, but it's what I want, damn it!.
So many people on here are so scared of there being nothing after death. I've never expected anything else, I guess that's why it doesn't scare me.
Biggest Fear: Thalassophobia.
Biggest Hope: To find a job that I love to do.
Biggest Fear: No more Wolf Among us content
Biggest Hope: More Wolf Among Us content
Biggest fear: ticks. I fucking HATE ticks.
Biggest hope: to get a mother fucking lambo
Biggest fear: getting eaten alive and teddybears. Fuck teddybears.
Biggest hope: Not failing at life.
You aren't alone man! You got me! No? Wow, I guess I'LL die alone. Hahahahaha! Hahahaha! Hahaha... ahhhh...
Biggest Fear: Fucking spiders. I have to get another person to kill it for me, thats how bad it is.
Biggest Hope: Making an honest living for myself and having a great family
Biggest Fear: Getting Stabbed
Biggest Hope: Making a new reality for myself.
That is so weird to me, i love spiders.
My biggest fear is ending up all alone. Living a lonely and miserable life.
My biggest hope is to find my place in the world. Having a good job that I enjoy, a happy family and to "witness something truly majestic".
It really depends on how vast the lake is. The phobia starts to set in only when I'm around especially large bodies of water. I tend to avoid them, anyway.

I would love a gigantic spider as a pet. You know they say they their are freakishly big spiders that live in the Congo in Africa. They abduct tribal children at night.
And thats a good reason to have one?... THEY EAT HUMANS. YOU AIN'T STOMPIN ON THOSE SPIDERS, YOU NEED THE MILITARY.
They only eat children. Pythons eat people, and they get free pass. Why are Spiders evil incarnate.
Yeah because children aren't important?!
I'm glad I don't have that phobia. I don't really have a phobia that I know of.
Pythons don't have eight spindly legs or eight/twelve eerily blank eyes.
I used to think the same thing about KISS, but given their last two albums and the deterioration of Paul Stanley's voice I'm having second thoughts. Hoping the same doesn't happen to Metallica.
I'm going to recommend you DON'T see the film Open Water.
