Officially giving up on Season 2
So at this point, I'm sure most of us are still hanging on to the small strand of hope that one day we will get more Wolf Among Us. But by looks how things are going, and how long its been since Cry Wolf came out without any word of a possibility of more, I think it is safe to say that we won't be getting any more of Wolf from Telltale. 
I guess I'm kinda asking for us to all sort of just let The Wolf Among Us go...

Well it's what you think, so I respect your opinion nonetheless. I would like a Season 2, but my fondness for TWAU is currently dead in the water...

As much as I would love to have more Wolf, I just can't see it happening anymore. I feel like we should all sort of just let it go, you know?
I can't just let it go though, it introduced me to a wonderful universe and an amazing comic series. It introduced me to a romance that I actually cared for (BigbyxSnow) and I ship them every waking day...

I've always hoped for TWAU Season 2, but in the back of my mind, I think it ended well the way it did, leaving it up to the player to decide. So if TWAU doesn't get a Season 2, I'll be sad sure, but I'll be okay with it.

All I want is a confirmation of whether TWAU Season 2 is confirmed (i.e. there are definite plans to make season 2) or cancelled. And Telltale isn't even giving us that (Big sigh.....)
If Season 2 is indeed confirmed, I would be doing my Happy Dance. If they say it's cancelled, I'll be really, really sad, but at least it would be over (and they would be putting us out of our current misery, which is even worse than them telling us early TWAU season 2 is not happening).
@dojo32161 @torkahn808 You know guys... nobody said that Season 2 HAS to follow the Season One story, It might leave the first ending mysterious and simple move onto new plot. Personally I'd love if that would be the case, it'd keep the first Season great and let us get more of the goodness at the same time...

True, I've considered that, but even then I've never expected another game especially since there has been no confirmation of a new contract. As well, I've sort of always expected TWAU to be a one season spectacle since I first heard of it. Doesn't mean it will only be a season, but that's what I've believed it to be.
What difference does it make to you if people still hope for season 2? You can give up if you want but I dont.
Since they're currently busy with TFTB and GOT (and TWD Season 3 planning as well as Minecraft), I'd give them until December 2015 at latest to make some sort of announcement.
But if by end of December, it's still nothing (i.e. no word from them, zilch), then I'd have to acknowledge that the project is in indefinite limbo and make a very hard decision to let go of TWAU.
I think that is pretty reasonable (I LOVE Fables, but I'm not crazy enough to continue to long for TWAU Season 2 if Telltale continues to dangle us indefinitely without confirming us of a new Season past that point).
The Heart Will Go On
I guess I just don't obsess over the possibility. I will always hope for it and it costs me nothing. Meanwhile, I have the other series and the comics to keep me going. I don't see any reason to write it off completely. Any number of things could be holding it up for now.
I will never give up.
I will keep on hoping and posting because I've met a lot of awesome Fables on here, and nothing will tear me apart from them or this section. You hear me, Telltale? NOTHING!
I know the feel man. And ever since the tweet from Skybound and Telltale teasing more Walking Dead, I've given up hope on even a DLC. It doesn't mean it'll be any easier though, I love this game with a passion and it'll be a long time before I forget it.

You're giving up after just one year? Lol it's been 5 years for another Sam & Max season and I still haven't given up hope. There's a far higher chance of a TWAU sequel over it as well.
Well, aside from not being too optimistic, I guess I just don't wanna be an old man by the time they announce it (lol).
Currently, I don't read too many comics ("Fables" is one of the few....Others are "Injustice Among Us", and Joe Casey's "Sex"), but consider myself to watch a lot of TV shows and movies to keep me going even without TWAU (also, I haven't yet played TFTB and GOT series, which I'll have to do when all episodes are released) - so I'm not too different from you in that regard.
With that being said though, I sure wouldn't be hoping/waiting for years for TWAU Season 2. If after December 2015, Telltale somehow announces Season 2, it would be a big surprise (good one!) for me. But I sure won't be holding my breath for it.
Nah I ain't giving up, and you shouldn't either. Season 2 doesn't have to be announced now, it can be announced whenever, even if it will come later than some anticipated it still has a great chance of returning due to the high demand and how well it did. Just like you believe in Rhyiona friend, BELIEVE IN TWAU S2.
