Well not necessarilly, well with the lack of context he provides, yes but let's say you were to take his advice seriously, well you just take up a martial art like Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Karate or whatever, it covers pretty much all he sugested in a good and healthy way in which the person you're fighting is probably OK or even glad to do it.
