Anyone else downloading the preload, its crazy. 69 GiGs, at 300k a second. I hate Gabe.

I preloaded it when it started yesterday, it's going to be hard waiting for the release now that i have it on my computer.

I think the bonuses give you some in game money in advance for both online and single player.

I AM SO Excited about this game the wait is killing me.
I haven't felt like this since i was a kid, waiting for Dragon warrior to be released. Do you know if they're going to sell those Shark Cards like they did for PS3, because i really don't want to have to farm.
Have you heard about the Exclusive Content returning players are getting, its awesome.
I am a little concerned about the preload, they're holding seven gigs until Whenever release is, how long is that seven gigs going to take when everyone in the world is downloading it. I have a bad feeling.

The bonus gives you a million dollars of in-game money, $500,000 for online mode and $500,000 for story mode
it's actually more than that for pc
They give you a bunch of extra stuff if you are a returning customer.

The download is currently encrypted and compressed, the size will probably go up once all the data unpacks and installs. If you do need to download any more files and have problems with speed you can change download servers on Steam, during the initial preload the London server was very slow so i switched to Ukraine and got my full speed.

IMO Game companies need to take a look at GTA, because IMO this is now the standard of what expectations are needed to be, tired of all these Rome 2 Games.
This is going to be the first time i have played GTA 5 so i am going to play the gampaign :P
Rockstar have also announced that the release time will be midnight in the UK which will be 7 PM EDT.
Oh you will love this game, absolutely love it. It is absolutely amazing. I can't wait to see what this looks like in 4K resolution. I'm going to replay the game in first person , so i get a feel for it when i mess around in MP.
This game is everything watchdogs failed to be. GOTY, probably. I don't think anything is going to beat it. If you want i can help you create a character on my PS3 to get you the returning character bonus.
The first person looks really good, i have managed to avoid most spoilers so it will be fun to play the game for the first time.
