I apologize for any inconveniences this has caused. This particular error message is usually related to an incomplete or corrupted download file. I recommend deleting the setup file that you downloaded, then disabling any anti-virus or internet firewall programs open and running that may be blocking the download from completing successfully. Then download the setup file again, and you should no longer receive this error message.
thanks i re downloaded after clearing my cookies problem fixed but now my life revolves around the walking dead game comic and tv haha great game

hi there i brought season 2 of the walking dead and even though im online writing this the game wont download the episodes says cant connect even have my PC next to the router i can get onto facebook and youtube seems to be a problem with the game somewhere as i clearly am online at the moment dosnt even get to 1% then says not connnected i have restarted my router my pc but still cant download the episodes very frustrating
Can you please clarify if you are connected to the internet via a wired Ethernet cord, or through a wireless network connection? If you are currently using a wireless connection, please also try connecting through a wired connection, and your connection with our servers should get stronger and allow you to download the episode successfully.
