If you've played the original Borderlands but not Borderlands 2, then you're really missing out. Borderlands 2 is one of the best games I've ever played and so damn fun imo.
Personally i could never get into borderlands, it was one of those games other people like, that i just never could. Not saying its bad, just i could never get into it.
That's what I've heard. Borderlands 1 seemed kind of meh in terms of characters, but was still a blast to play with others and pretty entertaining.
In time, I'll get to Borderlands 2...hopefully

This game, over and over again. It pulls my heartstrings every time I play it again. My favourite entry of the series (it's also the most approachable if you're new to it).

i played it on pc and i found the story and the gameplay very good but this twist is ... damn. i was a little bit surprised i must say.. OKAY i was confused as hell at the end of the story xD like what the fuck did i just played

I've been considering the Alice games to. They look pretty trippy imo.
Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines old and a big buggy game but the atmosphere, humor and story is quit awesome

Alice Madness Returns is an awesome game. A pretty weird twist on Alice in Wonderland. I've got it on Steam and I also played it on PS3.
I have the first on PS3, and the second on Steam, and it's the exact same for me.

Try Supergiant Games, Bastion and Transistor. Great gameplay and GREAT stories. I'm also head over heels for Dishonored.
