Favorite TWAU moments? (1.5 year anniversary!)
Well, it's been (roughly) 1.5 years since Ep. 1 "Faith" came out, and I would like to take a moment to reminisce about the days of the past.
Let's share our favorite TWAU moments in honor of it's 1.5 year anniversary! My memory's a bit fuzzy, but I think I can manage:
Here are a few gems that I loved:
(?) Gren won't remember this.
It was this scene that made me like Gren, if anything, sympathize with him. It's quite sad that he didn't remember. We were having a bro moment.
Meeting Bloody Mary
Spine-chilling, just thinking about it. Very menacing presence and a great introduction to such a threatening antagonist.
"Rachel"
It was fun to make Bigby joke around with a little girl.
Snow/Bigby
Because...awkwardness.
Snow
Alright, I have no good reason for this one. She just looks so pretty...:P. (Sidethought: Erin Yvette is EVERYWHERE in Telltale jeez!!!)

The final Bigby and Bloody Mary fight

The ending was mind-blowing. When I suddenly realized what had happened, I literally reclined my head back in shock with open mouth xD
I also liked moments with Nerissa. They were filled with something I can't even describe - sadness, tenderness, shyness, bonding, hidden sympathy, beauty.
Yet the best moment in the whole series was the game - as a whole. All of it was amazing, and it was an unforgetable journey.

Is everything a valid option?
My one of my favorite moments was the car chase scene in Cry Wolf. The entire moment just felt like Bigby Unleashed to me.
Meeting Fables I wasn't familiar with like Aunty Greenleaf, Faith, and Holly. And seeing Fables I already knew have personalities I didn't expect them to have!
Then the comics eventually happened and everything got even more cooler.
Hell all the fights in this game were awesome. Very interactive and action packed. Also the intro when talking to Faith was very cool, especially if your friendly with her.
My favourite moment was the one that got me super excited for the game when I first played it: The fight with Woody in Ep.1!

Agreed. I like pretty much everything about TWAU, but this fight pretty much trumps over every other scene.
Pretty much comes to show that Bigby is the biggest, and the baddest wolf of them all.
There are too many. I would say everything.
Probably the ending with Nerissa. It was a good, thought-provoking conversation, and it was sad to know what Nerissa had been through and what she had to do, but it was good to know that she was in peace now, that she appreciated everything Bigby had done for the people of Fabletown and that she always believed Bigby could solve the murder and end the reign if terror of The Crooked Man.
I approve this comment.
Just every scene with Miss White is pure gold to me. Besides, the ending which is easily one of the best story twists I've ever experienced. And the moment in EP4 when I can send Toad to the farm :P
I said it once and I say it again. Nerissa is hot!
Along with most of the Fable women :P
I don't think any of them are unattractive! Except in the Fables comic, some of them there aren't worth it...
That's where Glamours come in. Give the ugly ones a steady supply of the spells and wham-bam-ala-kazam! We're in business.
Lol too true :P
So many from Episode One are up there for me. Everything from the fight at the Trip Trap through finding "Snow's" head back at the Woodlands afterwards is probably at the top of my list. The alleyway scene at the end of Episode Three is easily one of my favorites as well.
Colin's "Hell, I'm practically president of the Bigby don't be such a dick club." Priceless.
Also Bigby and Bloody Mary's final fight was awesome too.
The Trip Trap scene in Faith was one of my favorite scenes from any Telltale game - not just because of the amazing bar fight, but also because of the witty, sardonic, passive aggressive back-and-forth exchanges between Bigby and Holly/Grendel. I thought it did a fantastic job at both illuminating the underlying tensions between the Fabletown government and its downtrodden citizens while simultaneously having a humorous ebb and flow with the dialogue.
Agreed. Some of Telltale's finest work.
So...anyone else liked Faith?
I approve this comment too. Way to go, bro!
Well duh, she's underrated and definitely could've used more screen-time.
Glass him is more of a British term I guess :P
I knew what it meant, but the result was still cool
[Glass Him] (Ooh that's nice, let's give Woody a drink, wait...WTF BIGBY!)
No kidding. I had no idea when I played for the first time. In the back of my mind, "Glass Him" sounded kind of odd, but I chose it anyway because I felt bad for Woody and wanted to make Bigby relate to him. Pouring him a drink wasn't a bad place to start.
Totally different from what I expected. :>
Funny. I'm from America and I knew what that meant so I avoided it :P
Lucky you
I'm from America to...Is it bad I laughed when it happened? I instantly felt bad if that makes it any better.
Me -
It's unexpected I guess, I laughed when Georgie says to Bigby in Ep.5 "You're not taking me anywhere ya fookin' ponce!" XP
Georgie Porgie was hilarious
