All African Americans are thugs, rob you blind, rape anything that moves or all 'gangbangers'. My fiancee is black and we have a 4 month old… more daughter. I'm white and I go to college, no questions asked. No one bats an eye. Getting work was easy and opportunities flew left and right. But I've seen how people look at my fiancee; they assume she got into college through a sports scholarship or the government felt 'pity' on her. My fiancee is very intelligent. She went to college through her good grades and financial support from her parents. I've heard people call her a 'hoodrat'. Sadly, my daughter will be treated the same way and will have to fight ten times harder to prove against all stereotypes this world has labled her and her mother.
Times have changed but we still get those few ignorant people that refuse to move forward from the dark ages. This pisses me off to no end...

I'm a person who has a father who is a war veteran with PTSD so when I hear someone say I got called a nasty name on the internet I now have ptsd leading to a stereotype that online harassment cause ptsd just annoys me so much this is a serious disorder not a joke
