Save games for GoT and TotB are gone

Hi guys,

i recently resetet my computer because i had some heavy problems and so all my games, my only problem is that GoT and TotB savegames are not saved into the Steam cloud like my Walking dead savegames and i see that i didnt even had the option too, so my question is can i somehow recover my savegames ? I have a Telltale account since last year you can somehow restore it with that. (Sorry for bad english :S)

    I sincerely apologize for any difficulties caused by this. Steam Cloud saving is not enabled for Game of Thrones and Tales From The Borderlands at this time. Unfortunately if you did not back up your save files before reformatting your computer, your save files were lost in the process.
