TOMI Season - Free episode coupon code

Hi!

Looking today at the Free TOMI episode download, I was reminded that I hadn't yet used my coupon which I received through ordering the TOMI season. Unfortunately however, I've lost (read: probably deleted) my order confirmation from back in June/July, which contained the coupon code.

My question is, does the telltale site have somewhere it stores this code, so I can use it? Or can I request it again somehow? Or have I lost my code forever to the perilous seas of the internet?

Any help would be appreciated :)

    I would also like to know, How do I receive my free episode of TOMI because it only lets me buy the season and not an individual episode.
