Is it just me or is Jessica Smith not the greatest person ever? Her Instagram is so funny and her personality is just amazing! 
I find it a little strange she promoted Mean Girls 2 though.
Personally i think this girl is super underrated in most countries, i heard she's super big in Austria and Hungary but to everyone else she's unknown. If you dont know Jessica she's a super sweat funny girl who takes super awesome funny photos of herself online and has really awesome fan shoutouts and giveaways.
