If I remember correctly, I believe TFTB showed up on the Montage for Vita games during Sony's conference at E3 this year. As well every time Borderlands is rated, it has a PS Vita version rated as well, so I'd assume that won't come out until all episodes are released.
Unfortunately sony gave up on vita. On E3 we had no AAA games for it. However I'd really like to see more telltale games. I loved twd and I'm going to play twau.

I don't think so. I just assumed that GOT and TFTBL were going to be released as full games after they're finished.

I disagree @crazygeorge because when people are on a trip handhelds are pretty dang good to pass time and have fun overall

Not me. Vita has 2 of my favorite games of all time on it in Danganronpa and Persona 4 Golden.
To be fair Sony gave up on the vita first.

It only lacks games if you're not into visual novels, JRPGs and other niche Japanese games.
They only gave up on it in the west. It's doing well in Japan, though for obvious reasons.
No always like this with telltale games apart from TWD s2 it takes a long time after the console release for the vita release of a telltale game
