I heard modern spongebob among is mixed feeling and i wanna know whats ur least favorite modern season and ur most favorite most favorite modern season because overall i know modern spongebob has issues but i still love the good episodes that come from the modern series obviously\
also im fully aware old writers and stephen hillenburg are returning i just wanna know about ur feelings on all the seasons above season 4

The golden days were better.
Yeah shows usually lose they're charm overtime i feel spongebob still has good episodes and such but u know it lost its charm awhile back its not a bad show now just not what it used to be
Meh I still like me some SpongeBob, but I agree with most people it was better back in the day.
My issues with it:
-Characters are flanderized
-The tone has become way too mean spirited
-Lots of episodes have more filler than actual story
-Gross imagery is overused
-Plots are recycled
-Lessons at the end are either confused or inappropriate.
It's basically Squidward torture porn now.

i don't watch child shows.
George spongebob and such aint child shows they are all ages shows alot of kid shows have pulled off many good morals for all ages and very strong themes for all ages so they are more all ages shows they aint kid shows since they manage to pull off valuable lessons that apply to real life and such

well um i know that toenail scene was only 10 seconds so its not that bad i would say a worse episode would be one coarse meal where the torture and rude nature goes on for a full episode
Part of what made the old Spongebob episodes so great is that they were enjoyable for both children and adults.

Yeah and um season 7 had one coarse meal which was not meant for child since it was very very dark
Fuuuck! That hurts my toe just thinking about it. Yikes!
That one was just insulting. Not only does make Mr. Krabs even more of a flanderized greedy bastard than he already is, but it teaches kids that driving people to suicide is okay. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I actually felt really really sorry for Plankton in that episode.
and yet they still try to portray plankton as the villian and mr krabs as the victim in the end and spongebob helping mr krabs at the end was wrongful on his part modern spongebob has lots of issues
I wanted to smash my TV after I saw that. That was just insulting to both the series and the intelligence of the audience.
