Why was Bonnie the only character from 400 Days to have an arc?
I was wathcing Shel's story from "400 Days" on YouTube and I'll never understand why Bonnie the most boring character in 400 Days got the main arc in Season 2 out of Becca and Shel.
Bonnie was such a useless character.

Makes you wonder why they didn't push to have Bonnie the main character of 400 Days instead, seeing how she's the only one guaranteed to have a place in Season 2.
Still hoping that the others will find a place in Season 3 somehow, and not just as cameos.
I agree that out of all the characters in 400 days, Bonnie was my least favorite by far. Nothing interesting about her plot.
Yeah Bonnie was alright but Becca, Shel and Nate were the stars of 400 days. Vince was a lame Lee, Wyatt was meh, Russell only worked as a duo with Nate. Would be great to see Becca take on Clementine.
No idea, out of everyone in the DLC, i found her the most painful to be around.

I liked Bonnie in the DLC, I could relate to her addiction problem.
Yeah I hate that girl. From what I remember playing, she seems like a bully.
I don't really see Becca as a bully, just a girl who probably feels that she needs to show to everyone that she's tough and pragmatic as a survivor, much like how a child would behave and how they think an adult would act in that situation.
I think probably her situation and mentality were best suited to he story they were trying to tell. She had compassion but was deeply flawed. I just really wanted more from the 400 days group and was so upset that we didnt get that.
Wyatt was one of my favorites. I thought he and Eddie were hysterical and i needed those laughs.
I honestly believe they were all intended to have a larger role in the story at first but for some reason they didn't include them all in the end.
She's a blind sheep that made decisions that gave us reasons to hate her. 400 Days was useless if they were nothing but side characters for references. If they didn't go with Tavia, I'd like to see some different outcomes. Or another DLC for that. And now we have Michonne a comic character. I'd prefer it as a spin-off comic but whatever.
She was a pain in the ass in S2. Vince or Russel/Nate would've been better characters to have an arc in S2...

Okay so there is one reason that no one has mentioned yet: She was the only character that was guaranteed to go with Tavia in 400 days , so no matter what she would always be in the group.
It is hard to write meaningful arcs for characters that might not be in some peoples games so I am guessing they prioritized Bonnie and new characters.

I agree with you about Becca, Shel and Nate. But I also liked the other main characters, with the exception of Bonnie. I never really liked her personality, because she seemed like a type of person to whom you can't trust.

I agree, I would have much rather have Russel or Wyatt... God, I would have killed for Wyatt to be Clem's buddy.

If you're comparring Becca to Kenny, I can see some similarities. But at least Kenny cares about people, Unlike Becca who is a Teenage, cold hearted Bitch. Rest in Peace Steph...
But even though I feel Indifferent about Kenny, Gavin's performance as Kenny in the Tent scene was one of My favorite Moments in any game ever. Hey Gavin! If you're in here, Thank you!
If the zombie apocalypse can turn a man into a raging bull, what do you think it will do to a teenaged girl who's trying to not let the betrayal and hardships of the world phase her? There's no difference. Becca isn't choosing to be like that for the hell of it, she's trying to not let herself break.

I liked Bonnie... I still do. She and Vince were actually my favourites of the playable 5.
I preferred Eddie over Wyatt and Nate over Russell. (Though I'll still hoping for all 4 to get reunited one way or another)

I was disappointed that the 400 days chars only got cameos if they went with Tavia though. Seemed like a wasted opportunity and 4 brief Cameos really doesn't make me feel that my 400 days choices really mattered.
I never really thought those choices would matter. When I read online that Bonnie was the only guarantee I knew she would be featured more in S2 than the others.
Wyatt and Eddie reminded me of Bill and Ted or Beavis and Butthead who are stuck in a legit Zombie Apocalypse. It's hilarious!
I liked Becca, a spunky teenager with attitude. She reminded me of Ellie without the pottymouth from TLOU.
Because the voice actor is a dev's girlfriend.

Bonnie shouldn't have had a major role in Season 2. I didn't like her at all in 400 Days and her story was the most boring. But I'd rather have Vince as opposed to Shel and Becca; mainly because I didn't like Becca.
